First walking in its super clean lots of seating available.. staff is great and friendly has very good knowledge of the menu... food is always fresh hot and amazing... will definitely be back

When walking in the restaurant the staff was very welcoming and the food was amazing I will definitely recommend coming back here for a nice burger fill with amazing flavors

You walk in and a TV is blasting a TV show throughout the entire building. This location wasn't really busy when we walked in, though I know places like this usually have a lot of online/food delivery orders in the evening (5:30PM).The cashier barely made eye contact and couldn't muster up enough customer service to speak loudly or clearly. Asking for clarification just meant I had to lean in closer just to simply complete my order (which proved to be a waste of time anyway). We ordered our food that either someone else or nobody got (2 burger meals) and proceeded to wait over 30 minutes to receive it. After finally getting the food, both burgers were wrong, and I also watched them sit in a line of burgers with receipts on top of them while the sloth-like, less-than-enthused staff members just kind of moseyed around putting food into bags when the mood seemed right. I'm not expecting top-tier professionalism, or even top-tier customer service at a place like this, but what I saw and experienced looked like I'd stumbled into someones living room at 1AM while munchies were being prepared. Overall, to order something so simple, to wait so long, and for it to just be flat out wrong (I will give some credit, the fries that come with the meal were in the bag, LOL) is asinine. If you like Wayback burger, just grab it from the location in Pooler during your next Costco run or something, can't say I will be returning to this location.

3 people working, my family are the only ones in store. They burned my meal, and when I brought it up to the staff, they argued. Refused to remake it, told me they were just giving my money back. Forgot to give us our shakes until I asked as well. I go to waybacks all the time, I've never had a worse experience at one.

Had an order pick up, i ordered chili cheese fries, guess they didnt have chili that day, so they just casually give me bacon instead without even tell me

One person waiting in restaurant, we were the only order up. Server took our order - she was sweet and helpful. We tipped her and she said “no!! I hate when people tip me. I don’t get my tips.” When we asked why, she explained she wasn’t sure, that management didn’t share that information with her, but that she had never received a tip that she was given. After waiting 20 minutes for our food, I approached the counter and our two burgers were sitting there cold, no one had called us because we were still waiting on our milkshake. When I opened my burger, I said that it was missing onions to which the cook responded “ I must’ve put double on the other burger” (the other burger was ordered without onions). When I explained there were no onions on that burger either, he handed me a cup of onions and said “congratulations”.

The cook had his own cringy, poorly produced music playing the entire time, along with correlating music videos. The subject matter of the song was highly inappropriate for a public space. Created a very odd vibe. Like he was waiting for someone to “recognize” him.

Long wait for cold food not prepared to order and shitty service. The girl at the counter was super sweet, but I get the feeling that management is abusive. Toilet in bathroom clogged and overflowing. Do better
