incompetent, lazy, and RUDE. To elaborate: I was waiting behind an old man, who seemed tired from a long day of hard work. he seemed to just want his usual order. The drive-thru team gaslighted him saying thatās exactly what he ordered. He was saddened and left. I pulled up and the team was laughing like a pack of hyenas. As if humiliating an old head was a triumph. Saying that they canāt believe they have to deal with āthese peopleā these are your elders, have some respect. Then I was yelled at that the frosty machine wasnāt working after asking where they were for my pick up order. He didnāt let me speak and shooed me away. Highly unprofessional and that on top of the disrespect towards the old man made me furious. This team needs to do better. Acknowledge people when they come in, as in good customer service. Create orders accurately. To management, pay your workers more and set up a customer service course. Take care of your employees so they donāt act like they donāt have good character.

I sat in line at the menu speaker box for ATLEAST 10 minutes. I said hello four times no response till the 5th. My fries were burnt crisp, I hade three nuggets and the lady couldnāt bother to even give me a straw. This is absolutely the worst Wendyās in America.

Used the kiosk. Ordered Dave's Double and made 0it a large combo. Plus a salted caramel Frosty.
Special instructions included no salt on the fries and no onions, pickles, and light ketchup, mayo, and mustard.
So of course because you just can't get anything done right at fast food restaurants it came out wrong. Salted fries but at least the salt wasn't overdone so I let that slide. My first bite of the burger had onion and I didn't even look for pickles. Seemed to be a normal burger.
When I went to the counter I told the counter employee it was wrong and had onion she turned to someone and told him to build a new burger, "He says thenore's omnions on here." I described how I wanted it and all I wanted was to get it like I ordered it. The girl said, "I don't got time for this." and called the manager over. He proceeded to make me feel like I did something wrong. All I wanted was a burger made like I asked.
NEVER make your customer feel that way.

We drove to the drive thru at 10pm on a Tuesday night and the staff was outside foolinā round and said nah the drive thru is closed- only for Uber eats and we had to go to a different oneā¦ we called the store 10 minutes after and asked if the drive thru was open and the lady on the phone said yes. We got playeddddddd :( so sad I wanted my chicken so badly

Food is always fine, everytime I order from here on uber eats itās always missing. I ordered 80 nuggets and sauces for me and my buddies, I received non of the sauces and 2/3ās of the nuggets. Itās the fifth time, kinda feel like you should pull it together

Night staff is rude and hostile food's all right. Their lines take forever and the layout of the parking lot makes it aware you have to circle back around a very busy intersection if their lobby is closed and you need to get back into their drive-thru
