It shouldn't take 30 minutes to get door dash orders and the food was cold the person at the window was rude and taking one order all the way thru before taking another one food should be hot but no cold food even colder employees

Order through DOORDASH didnt get all my food went back myself to get food was told I had to reorder order a bake potato no sour cream or butter potato was old I Order at 11am potato should have been fresh. Why is it yall don't dice onions for chili really ring onions folks don't like to tip cause Doordasher aren't checking food an it gets to you cold

I recently stopped at Wendy’s to dine in with my kids after a long day of driving through the country. We were exhausted and starving, so I placed my order at the kiosk. My order was approved, and I was charged over $40 for food for myself and my children. Unfortunately, the kiosk system glitched, and my order was never processed properly even though payment was taken.

When I went to the counter for help, the manager, Arkeela, told me there was nothing she could do. Not only was she dismissive and unhelpful, but her tone and behavior came across as completely unprofessional and racially biased. She claimed she could not access kiosk orders or provide a refund, which is untrue. Instead, I was forced to reorder and pay for the food a second time just so my children under the age of 10 could eat.

As a military veteran, I was shocked and disappointed by the lack of care, respect, and customer service. I even had to contact my bank to dispute the charge, which led to my card being canceled while I was still on the road. I have photo evidence of the kiosk glitch, the approved order, and the second receipt showing I had to pay twice.

This experience was unacceptable, and I hope Wendy’s addresses both the technical issue with the kiosk and the behavior of the manager, Arkeela. No family should ever be treated this way, especially when they are already in a vulnerable situation

It took forever to get served and then for whatever reason people ordered after me and we're getting their food I order a double stack I don't think it's too much complicated the person next to me was aggravated to I could see it and then he just left

Definitely not the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. But sometimes they can get your order wrong. But I guess that would happen at every fast food place in the world. Can get pretty busy at lunch and after work if the line is too long, just remember, it’s not worth the wait.

Count your days, Wendy. My sausage, egg, and cheese crossiant was very cold and splattered with mayo. Did you all simply grab this from your fridge and slap some mayo on when I ordered it. This is absolutely hideous....smh!!
