Service was nonexistent. I asked for sweet tea & received ice coffee. When I asked for napkins I was told they didn’t have any. I ordered a small chili & garlic Parmesan nuggets. I was asked what kind of sauce. Once at window I was given another type of sauce. I informed employee that was not what I ordered. Only to be told they didn’t have sauce requested or suggested. Very disappointing experience.

This is the second time this location messes up my order. Never had this problem anywhere else in my 30 something years. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and came back a second time but I hope they get a new manager or upgrade in someway because if they don’t they might as well shut this location down.

Waited until the tenth time they screwed up to make a post but you’re messing with a big back who hasn’t eaten today. Seriously cannot differentiate between chicken or hamburger. They don’t speak, they expect you to just hand over your card without a single word. Then the audacity to mess up two of the same order, one with chicken and one with a burger?! When what was ordered was a bacon double stack? I mean, I know it’s really hard to make a correct order but come on y’all, Daammmmmmm.

Even when you doing your job they want you stop and do someone else job,making me lag off from completely finishing my job.Assisant manager at the time would sometimes bring her minor kids in the place which is against law.Certain managers would sit in office and disrespect the employees and wouldn't come help when lobby is busy!! I advise you find a better Wendy's to work,eat at nd some different managers. Always check your food because they do weird things, especially with the chili the old hamburger meat goes in the chili.

I don't know how the food was because I went inside because the drive-thru line was long and the doors were open. But there was four people up at the counter and you could not place an order. Only DoorDash I usually have nothing but compliments for this place but this is stupid. It's not like they didn't have the opportunity they just didn't want to.
