We were just saying Wendy's had the best bacon of all fast food chains. It was really delicious on my burger. I would love for them to go back to the old fries that Dave Thomas loved. Other than that, all good.

Rude employees as a driver the food is never ready employees rude as a customer i would never eat here they have a bad rating from health dept. on a good note store inside is very clean!!!

Order was all wrong.I had to walk in from the drive thru line to get my nuggets, which they forgot.They also forgot my fries. The chile was very bitter, somebody did something wrong cooking that.They couldn't have gotten more things wrong.But - at least it cost me $30 for terrible service & terrible food

I can’t believe this just happened - the lady in the drive thru told me “we can’t give you a single cheeseburger. You have to order a double or triple.” I asked twice, seeing as how a single with cheese is the first item on the menu, and was told again that I had to order a double or triple cheeseburger only. Not sure if the people working there are playing games or what - either way, a really bizarre scenario.

Had the good burger meal. It was great. Made just like I asked and the milk shake was very good too!!
Why is it my issue nowadays people hate working? My experience at Wendy’s tonight was worse than average. The drive thru workers really need to find another job opportunity because the customer service wasn’t it. On top of the customer service being awful, I was told they didn’t have medium sized cups so I’d have to pay additionally. Fast food is going straight into the gutter nowadays I’m sorry I wanted my biggie bag !

My own experience is that I went threw the drive threw and the line went fast and old buddy at the window had good manners and excellent customer service skills.
