Pulled in to the drive thru on 02/11 around 7:30 pm and I was told they only take mobile orders. They should just closed drive thru if thats the case. Never heard such service.

Unfortunately, it was terrible. I waited for 15 min after ordering from the drive thru. I asked for extra ketchup and BBQ that I did not receive. The fries were very cold and awful. The sandwich bread was saturated by the time I got it. The workers did not see to care. This site needs better management.

I love Wendy's! But not this one! The manager and staff do not want to be there, I do not work here, so take the kiosks out of here! The food, well, we didn't finish it. I even took their survey to express our dislikes, they didn't even respond.

My husband and I order here almost every single night, and it's already hit or miss, which usually I'm fine with. But tonight was horrifying! We ordered a Blueberry Pomegranate Lemonade, they gave us the Pineapple one instead. When we said something about it, the girl in drive through took the pineapple drink back, poured a little out, and then added blueberry Pomegranate to the top, essentially mixing it with the pineapple, WHICH IM ALLERGIC TO! When the wrong one was made, it should have been REMADE correctly, not added to and mixed with a different flavor! And she did it right in the window as well! Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. On top of that, the lady in drive thru was SO rude, when my husband originally tired to tell her they gave him the wrong drink, she just stood there staring at him before slowly opening the window to take the drink back, which I repeat, she poured a little out and then mixed a different flavor in and now I can't drink it! We just ended up driving off and throwing it away because it was very clear from the horrible attitudes there, they weren't going to fix anything.

Had a large order but they did good. Did forget one of my items, but fixed it at pick up window after I noticed it, however that happens at every fast food place on occasion. I had baconator fries, kids got sauced nuggets and everyone seemed pleased. Employees were nice and helpful, esp with mistake.
