Typical Wendy's, has self-order kiosks or in-person ordering. No complaints about food, but they don't have coffee all day. Also gave our dine-in food in takeout bags.

Parking: Plenty of spots, very scenic lot to be honest.

Very rude drive thru employee, asked if we could get straws and was asked "did you look in the bag?" And was short a straw after leaving.Very disrespectful and unprofessional, will not be returning.

I'm a truck driver first off so i can't use the drive thru. I went inside to make my order on the kiosk only to find out that the tap to pay does not work. Drive thru clerk would not take my order at the front or drive thru so I could pay for my food. Fantastic service if you want nothing done.

Pulled through the drive through of store #3099 and ordered a burger meal. When I got the window I realized I had forgotten to add a 6 piece saucy nugget. The attended at the window attempted to assist until a manager (some younger guy with higher authority) came to the window and told me they “couldn’t add them because it “wouldn’t be fair to the people behind me because it would take too long to make them” and then audibly told the attendant “don’t add at the window”. As a customer all I can say is what a load of BS. I HADN’T EVEN PAID, YET. It would have been no different than if I had ordered them at the speaker. I was then told if I wanted them I’d have to circle back through the drive through. I paid for my burger and circled back. Ordered the saucy nuggets, paid, and guess what? Nuggets were handed to me as soon as I got to the window. No wait. So much for “taking to long to make them”. I left and pulled off down the road to eat my food. Burger wasn’t right, and by this time cold, same with the fries. Nuggets had been tossed in the wrong sauce and were also cold telling me they weren’t made fresh. Again, “taking to long to make”?? BS.

I live out of town so I won’t be back through anyways but seriously, terrible experience. Tickets 30100 and 30096. Whomever that manager or team lead is has no business being in their position, or customer service. If I could, I’d give it a zero rating.

Yeah I can't eat Wendy's spicy chicken sandwich anymore because it hurts so much going out, I can handle everything else fine but specifically the Wendy's spicy chicken sandwich burns my asshole. Other than that I've never had an issue, my friends work at the nearby place
