I got screamed at cause they ran my card for wrong order, lied to me and shorted my refund. Took my phone...usually they scan it from the window. They had it a while which I had to ask for it back. Where's the secret shopping... you need to check your location

BUYER BEWARE: Ran through for a quick sandwich and ordered the Big Bacon Classic ($7.05). Nothing BIG nor BACON nor CLASSIC about this sandwich (see photo). I think I got a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger instead.
The gal who took my money was very pleasant, and the gal who handed me my sandwich and returned my change did not speak, did not smile, and had such attitude that I felt my presence was an interference in her day.

Cashier is very rude and will ignore you. Atmosphere is awful. Bathroom is disgusting. I don't think they know how to speak to people. They need to fire the cashier or educate her on how to communicate with other humans.

The young female cashier looks like she hates her life. She is extremely rude and ignores you. A couple days ago while I stood waiting to order she ignored me and played on her phone for a good 3 min. I let it go. Today, same girl kept ignoring me and walking away, when she realized I wasn't leaving, she came back to register and looked straight at me and shook her head. Horrible customer service, I left and won't be going back.

Ended up not eating here! Young lady on the cash register does not know how to do her job. Walked up to the register to order due to there being a long line at the self kiosk just to sit there for 6 minutes while she stares at me. She made it seem like it was such a burden to take a customers order and huffed and puffed the whole time. I understand if she is having a bad day but I don’t think she should let it ruin her work ethic.
