It took forever for someone to tell me I had to order at the kiosk despite there being only one car at drive through. . The kiosk was not obviously placed. The 4 people there moved very slow. We left and won't be back.

Bathrooms never have soap and are nasty always !! I’m a delivery driver and customer so I’m in there a lot. Good luck getting a baked potatoe or sweet tea after 7pm even though they are open till midnight . Staff always friendly and food always

Staff at the windows could not have been more rude. They were too busy talking with each other than acknowledging customers. I said thank you for me spending my money there for her to not even look at me. Complete lack of customer service. Will NEVER go back.…and if this is a medium for $2.97. No way will I spend my money for the lack of service and size of frosty.Good riddance…

Very disappointed. Order one of the croissant breakfast sandwiches. Was back on the highway before we realized they had put the sandwich on a hamburger bun (???). Very disappointed.

Chicken sandwich was too tough to eat. I returned it and showed the staff I couldn't tear it apart let alone chew it. They replaced it but they just have terrible chicken. The ice machine wasn't working. The ketchup dispensers were too low to get ketchup out. I'd never go to another Wendy's. They just don't care. There was only one other person in the dining room so they certainly weren't busy.
