We ordered 2 biggie bags with spicy nuggets. We did not receive spicy nuggets .we also ordered a chili that we did not receive. We ordered a sweet tea and it ended up to be unsweetened. The bags came with no napkins the drinks came with no straws and the food came with no sauces. The employees were busy talking to each other and got the order completely wrong. We received no receipt to show our order. We were the only ones in the drive thru and waited 15 min for our order to be taken also. We repeated the order 3 times and he still got it wrong. This location needs to be closed down or they need a whole new staff. They also did not have on gloves or hairnets with dreadlocks haircut. We got there at 7 and left at 7:30 pm on a Tuesday. We received one item at a time. No tray for multiple drinks.
