It never ceases to amaze me how a once great food chain has fallen into the hands of an employee base that is not only confused but doesn't care. There's nothing like having the wrong order with water-down Coke no straw and ice cold fries in your bag for $20 bucks! Unfortunately they don't care and they greet you as if you're bothering them. That's the fourth straight time they've jacked up my order. Wendy's has lost my business. It ain't like the old days.

I was going to go to 5 Guys but instead chose Wendy's based on my current route. I ordered a Dave's Double Classic combo. I used the kiosk which was super easy and user friendly. No sooner had I paid, the young lady behind the counter gave me a cup for my beverage with a smile, Wow a smile, cool. The food was ready within minutes which is what you want at a fast food establishment. I dove into the fries before I reached my vehicle and to my surprise they were just barely warm. Now mind you it was just shortly after 11:00am which is when they start serving lunch so for fries to just be warm was kinda weird. But I've had warm fries before so I just dealt with it. I pulled off headed home and took a bite out of my burger and I could tell immediately that this burger had been sitting, perhaps overnight and was simply microwaved. The lettuce and tomatoes were wilted, the cheese was almost unrecognizable and the sandwich was extremely hot. I mean almost nuclear hot. Nothing fresh about it. Now I never return food for obvious reasons and I was not about to start now. But I was so pissed at myself for my food return policy. This is the one time I should've returned and asked for my money back. I've eaten here plenty of times without incidence but my God never again would I visit this place. Should've went to 5 Guys even though it was out of my way. They NEVER disappoint.

Ordered 2 sour cream and chives baked potatoes and 2 cups of chili. They were out of sour cream. When we got home we had 2 chive baked potatoes and on order of cold French fries, no chili (did have a spoon). $13.23….seriously Wendy’s, that’s unacceptable.
I literally ordered the taco salad with a chili cheese baked potato all i got was a dry salad no toppings and no potato and they made me wait for about 30 minutes just for my food to be rotten and wilted this is unacceptable id have every right to report you all to the BBB this is ridiculous.

Stopped by Wendy’s and had a great visit. The food came out fresh and hot, and service was quick even though it was busy. Burgers were tasty, fries were crispy, but the star of the show was definitely the Frosty—perfectly creamy and just the right chill. Only reason it’s not a five is because the dining area could’ve been a little tidier, but overall, solid stop and I’ll be back for another Frosty fix!

I’m so tired of yall ! I have lived by this Wendy’s over 10 years and it just keels getting worse and worse the past 4 times I’ve been there the food is cold the employees are lazy not doing anything ! I’ve worked at a Wendy’s before I didn’t want to do it either but if you gonna work somewhere then work ! GRIND they got an attitude like we begged them to apply ! I sat and waited for three cheese fries for 15 minutes!!!! Knowing ik how long it takes even if you had to get all new ingredients it wouldn’t take that long I still waited with no problem because at least they would be fresh and hot. Fire ponytail through me the bag with an attitude and it was still okay ik you don’t wanna be there but then I pull out and check … EVERYTHING COLD !!!!! I’m so tired of yall man , do y’all think we not working for this money , we all out here grinding too!!! Y’all need to get this location under order !!!! Fire em all of you have to you would be doing them a favor they hate it there and we do too!
