The rude employee on the headset at 10:45pm on 11/18/25 was so rude! Had an attitude from the moment i placed my order, when i received my order it was wrong, and asked for it to be replaced she had a whole attitude then when i asked her name she shut the window in my face. Will be calling corporate tomorrow! Oh and their phones are turned off so I couldn’t even call and ask for a manager :)

Stopped by after work for a quick bite. Drive thru was packed out, so went inside. Lobby/counter was blocked by several other waiting customers, and no attempt at taking an order was made until they cleared some of those people out.

Counter worker was not interested and barely responded during order for a plain sandwich meal.

Had to wait almost 15 minutes after paying to receive order, and the sandwich was wrong, fries had no salt and tasted old, frosty was sloppily prepared and half-filled.

Skip this Wendy’s in particular, unless starvation is imminent.

We waited in the drive thru for almost 30 mins. The food wasn’t even hot when we got it, so I’m not sure why it took so long if the food wasn’t being prepared while we waited.

It’s always great when you come on a “good” night, especially after leaving a food place where it almost made the night bad.

Everything we ordered was prepared as requested and it was fresh. Oh, and let me just say… why are their chicken tenders legit? While McDonald’s tastes 3D, Wendy’s tastes better than some restaurants I’ve had them at.

The ladies in the drive thru were great, customer service was on point and the night was a night.

Please go to a different one because there is always something wrong with this one. I waited so long for a cold cheeseburger for my toddler. Not fun and set me back for the day.

My son wanted to come here specifically for the Wednesday meal because he loves spicy and wanted to try the sauces. We get home and it's just the chicken nuggets and fries in the bag. No sauce. Defeats the purpose of the meal because now it's just regular nuggets and fries. Dissappointed, it's too far of a drive to go back just for the sauces. Maybe next time.

Terrible service!! Sat at the intercom at 3:50pm and no one said a word. Sat for 20 minutes! And, most nights they shut down early, 6:00pm and say mobile orders only

The Store is always close so you have to use Drive Thur. They take your order and money then proceed. to come to the window to ask you what yo ordered. So many people were turned away. Also certain times of the day it's only mobile orders in the Drive
