I was in the drive-thru line for literally 30 minutes. The person taking the order was unprofessional. The person giving me my order was unprofessional. I did not receive a receipt and to add insult to injury, my order was completely wrong. I knocked on the door to let them know my order was wrong and no one answered. The lobby was not yet closed, but the doors were definitely locked. They deserve zero stars.

Food was on par as almost always with Wendy's. The only issues to me were they only had orange frostees that's really sad cause I rarely get Wendy's so I really missed my frostee lol ?. The kids meal did not come in its own bag nor did it include the proffered dinosaur toy my autistic kid would have lost his mind about had he noticed thankfully I saw the sign and averted our dance of doom. Thankfully he was so happy with his extra nuggets we bought him he didn't even ask about the dinosaur of doom ?. The biggie bag has gotten very small lol. But the portion for the regular meals were very generous,probably more than most could eat for a quick meal. Overall people were pleasant the restaurant was clean. We all enjoyed our visit and if we find ourselves needing a quick meal in Savanah we will be back

Very poor customer service at this Wendy’s with multiple errors going through the drive through process. When I went inside it looked like multiple people are in training and everyone was frustrated / overwhelmed. Maybe I don’t know — Wendy’s Co — should pony up and pay a little more, or give people better reasons to stay. Until then go somewhere else for Nacho loaded Chicken and Sprite.

Awful service. Went to the drive thru. Tried to order 30 minutes ago. Guy was an absolute jerk and told us to pull forward when we hadn't even finished ordering. My partner tried to explain we wanted more food and he said loud and slow PUULLL FORWARD. Gross. We canceled and drive off. Don't put people on the drive thru if they can hardly speak without being rude.

The person taking the order and money was so rude. I don't know what has changed, but this location used to be very good. Now, the customer service is consistently bad. I will not go to a place where the people working are rude and nasty. Girl with dyed red hair was terrible.

Asked for a cheese burger with only cheese and ketchup and got everything but cheese and ketchup on it and asked for BBQ 3 different times and didn’t get any. 10 out of 10 don’t recommend this location.

BE CAREFUL. I went thru the drive thru yesterday paid w/ my debit card and was only home for 45 minutes or so my card was hacked and money was taken out of my checking account. And that was the only place I used my card yesterday. It is sad when you can't even use your debit card anywhere without being worried if someone is gonna try to hack your card. Please exercise caution and pay with cash if you can.

Horrible!! Light skinned guy with dreads rung me up. He should have stayed home that day bc his customer service was awful. And he had an attitude when I asked for sweet and sour sauce. The other employees were acting like they were off the clock... loud and unprofessional. Management need to reevaluate who they hire.
