Customer service is pretty bad. We had to wait for a while because we were a larger group and kept seeing people being sat before us. Only to end sitting separately anyways. Could have done that from the start.

Today was the first time my family went to Wet Willie's. Walking down River Street, the slushie fronts drew us in. Once we were inside we all asked the server to make us her favorite. Dana was so excited that we wanted her opinion/suggestion for the drink. We definitely made a few more stops there before the end of the night. Thank you Dana!

Extremely disappointed by this visit. Wanted to grab a quick appetizer and slushee before a trolley tour. Waited to be seated for a few minutes, eventually had to go to the bartender to ask where the waitstaff was, he told us to sit anywhere and we would be brought a menu shortly. 20 minutes later, the only employee to approach me only came over to tell me that I was out of dress code and needed to remove my hat, then scurried away, ignoring me saying “excuse me”, trying to get a menu. After another 10 minutes of waiting, I was running late for the trolley tour, and was forced to up and go, all without even being handed a menu. However, I ordered a slushee at the bar on the way out and the bartender was extremely apologetic and offered great service. While walking out of the restaurant, all visible staff were circled around the door just talking to eachother, with no regard for the customers that waited 30+ minutes without even being greeted. Will not be returning, extremely disappointed (and still hungry…)
