The food and was subpar and our waitress was awful but yet we are aspected to pay an 18% tip fee! Our waitress not only had a bad attitude, she didn’t check on our table not once. She’s too busy laughing and having conversations with her coworkers instead doing her job. Had to speak with the manager and she did nothing to ensure that our visit was more enjoyable .the waitress came back still with an attitude. She didn’t apologize or anything for her poor customer service.

Unfortunately tonight 3/8/24 the two women waitresses one blonde one brunette in the left section were extremely rude to our family. Our family is here for a wedding and stopped in here in hopes for a drink and a place to hang out. We were repeatedly harassed by the two waitresses and a group of their friends who were also there. More than once they told us to “go **** yourselves” because when we walked in we didn’t sit down fast enough. Never been cursed at by waitresses and their group of minions before at a bar. Wouldn’t recommend anyone goes there, a million other better bars to go to in Savannah.

After the worst service when we tried to report the situation to the manager we was asked to leave without talking to anybody the waitress brought a table their food that came to wet willies 20 minutes after we arrived then the order was wrong and when we was like this isn't what we ordered the waitress seemed like she didn't care she shrugged her shoulders and walked away then I walked and asked for a manager and at that present time was asked to leave without getting the complaint out I will never come back to savannah wet willies

Service could be better. It's too overpriced with a food truck vibe. Servers are not helpful beyond fulfilling what's asked for. They should stop being simple order takers and be more engaging, and ask about taste preferences to suggest option and abide by dietary restrictions.
Tasty drinks, not cheated on the alcohol! The service at the bar was excellent. The food was actually good. The service at the dining area was Uber slow. 3.5 stars overall, I hope they improve their service for food.Mudslide 10/10 for sureTenders tossed in the sauce were great, fries were nice and hot. Queue and chips were fine, just came out with our meal. Overall not a bad experience, just don’t be in a rush if ordering food.
