We just happened upon this gem after dinner on our first night in Savannah and we couldn’t have been luckier! The drink was a work of art with attention to detail that I haven’t seen outside of Manhattan. Within an hour we had an entourage of new fun comrades all orchestrated by Caleb. Thank you for making us feel at home with amazing drinks and service!

A little hard to locate but definitely worth the trouble as it was an awesome find . Service was excellent and the local beer selection was spot on . Really nice ambiance and music mix playing made for an enjoyable visit and it soon became one of my top bars in the area. Lots of rooms to explore and games to keep you amused.

I was enjoying the upstairs environment and the bartenders (Stephen and Zach) were amazing, but the downstairs karaoke was ruining it!!! It was wayyyy too loud I could hear it over the upstairs music and it ruined what was starting out to be a good night. Whitakers would definitely be the spot to go without karaoke on a good Friday or Saturday night.

I took a group of nine out to Whitaker Bar. I guess the bartenders assume because they serve alcohol that everyone is drunk and do not understand rudeness. They closed early about 30 minutes while we were in the middle of a pool game. I asked why they are closing thirty minutes too soon and the bartender said we are closed when I say we are closed. Rudeness. Plus the bartenders are drinking and are intoxicated which doesn't help the attitudes at all. Maybe no one cares. But there is a reason this bar is not full.
