Terrible service. I got up mid-way through my lunch, paid and left.

Emma and Debbie were fantastic and probably the only good thing about this place food was burned and horrible and when we got fries, we probably got the end of the night fries however your customer service and the restaurant is extremely clean. I would not recommend this place since the Covid pandemic this place has gone way downhill unfortunately. Debbie and Emma should really be working somewhere else making tons of money. That is my recommendation.

We went for an early Saturday lunch and it was empty. We were seated and served promptly. The food came pretty quick and was very good. We will return.

I used to love this place but, went there today and ordered the brisket plate, $18 !!! I THOUGHT, well it will be a lot of food like in the past, WRONG!!! I get my food, it's like 5 little strips of brisket, a TINY cup of Brunswick stew, and same for the coleslaw! This would not have been enough food for a child, and it was over $20 after taxes, I drank water!!!! The brisket was tender, but next to no flavor, and had to have barbecue sauce on it to be half way edible, never again!!!!

When you choose a place to eat real BBQ from a distance of almost 9,000 km, you wonder what good things can happen there? And well it turns out, after the ordered dish is served at your table, you go to PARADISE - everything is absolutely fantastically tasty, served by friendly and professional service, and the place itself is so atmospheric that you don't feel like leaving it. And just when you think it can't get any better, a nice waitress offers you to try a southern dessert! In absolute bewilderment your body goes out, well you have to go home, but your heart remains. Maybe fate will let me pick them up one day during my next visit to Wiley's BBQ. I RECOMMEND !!!

Why does everyone rave about this place? We went for lunch and they had no brisket!!!!!! The ribs were dry and overcooked and the service was non existent.

For BBQ, the food is good, the service is okay, and the atmosphere is okay. Unforunately, the place seems to be managed as a side show, not as a business. Of the some 15 times we have eaten here, they have been "out" of food offered on the menu around 12 or 13 times when we tried to order. Want chicken? Out. Ribs? Out. Baked beans? Out. Fried okra? Out. The food is good when they have it. They are nearly always out. Yes, even at 6pm. Out. Out. Out. Last time my Brunswick stem had nothing but liquid, no meat, no vegetables, just liquid. It's not right that the poor servers have to tell customers they have no food. The business could do well - if they had food.
