Ordered on Uber eats recently, they didn’t give us our wings we ordered or prepare the chicken sandwich properly. Have had issues with them before but picked up in person so we were able to press the issue and resolve it but I don’t think we should have to press an issue every time we go. Won’t be ordering again.

Nothing sucks more than being hungry, and when you finally sit down to eat, your chicken is just coated in Parmesan and grease. The chicken itself doesn't even taste good. Ill never go back to this location.

I'm writing this review based on service as a Doordasher, not as a customer because I eat mostly fish and vegetables. I had a dash at the location on Victory Dr. and the store was packed with people waiting for their orders because they were short staffed. There were only 2 seasoned servers and the others were newbies who didn't have experience at the counter or making the food. The manager was overwhelmed with orders but she and her other seasoned employee were diligent, orderly and kind despite the urgency to fill orders. I waited over 30min for the Dash order but in the end, the client was thankful that I waited for them. They gave me a generous tip for my time and care. The big takeaway is that the Wingstop staff persevered through a tough night and didn't close early due to being shortstaffed and overwhelmed! Kudos to their professionalism!

This review is ALL about Tiffany at Wing Stop! We stopped in to feed our new Marine, who was absolutely starving after a long stretch away from home — and all he wanted was Wing Stop. Tiffany went above and beyond to make the experience special. Her energy, kindness, and genuine care turned a simple meal into something memorable. She made sure everything was perfect, and you could tell she takes real pride in her work and her customers.
Thank you, Tiffany, for making our Marine feel appreciated and welcome — and for showing what true customer service looks like. You made our day! 💪🍗🇺🇸

Came here to pick up a quick dinner. Wings were the best I’ve had in a while, fries were hot, homemade ranch was so good, and the crew was friendly.

This review is all about TIFFANY, the absolutely AWESOME manager of this location. I’ve been coming here for about a year and a half, and some visits have been better than others. Sometimes I wait a little longer than I should, sometimes the wings aren’t as crispy as I would like, all normal stuff from a normal restaurant.
But TODAY I took advantage of a free delivery offer that I received in my email and I enthusiastically ordered 20 wings in three flavors and put in my payment info and after the order processed, I realized I’ve forgotten to ask for ALL FLATS, which is an absolute necessity in my house or my wife will kill me.
So I picked up the phone and called the restaurant.
Fortunately, TIFFANY answered the phone. At first, she said that because it was an online order she had no way of altering it. Understandable, but since I was a human being talking to another human being I politely asked if she might be able to walk over to the human being who is making the wings and ask him to use all flats. Now, I understand that with a busy location at lunchtime, it would be very easy for her to get me off the phone as quickly as possible, but she actually had a laugh. After all, it was pretty funny. And then she did exactly that. She walked over to the guy and asked him to please use all flats. He said he already dropped a regular batch into the fryer. (He actually said a few colorful things more than that and she gently reminded him that I was still on the phone.)
I imagine that working with TIFFANY is as pleasant an experience as speaking with her on the phone, because 10 seconds later, she told me it would be taken care of, that there was no way for me to pay for this up-charge with my credit card on the phone, so to please remember her sweetly the next time I saw her.
I’m gonna do you one better than that, TIFFANY.
I actually remember her because she was extremely polite to me on a previous occasion, and I didn’t bother to write a review. But we need to celebrate the employees in our community who are out there every day fighting the good fight, getting things done, being efficient and polite and as wonderful as TIFFANY is on a daily basis.
I put her name in all caps because she deserves it. And next time I see her, I’m going to present her with a sweet treat as a token of my appreciation.
You are the type of manager I would be happy to work under, TIFFANY! Keep up the great work!
And WingStop, I hope you’re paying attention, because you need more people like TIFFANY in your organization.

It's stupid to come to this place and wait over 45 minutes for a Togo order (it was only 16 wings). The staff is TERRIBLE, not polite or considerate at all.

I just left this place . I spoke to the cashier he just looked at me . I spoke again. I said you not gone speak . He replied:I’m good . That was so rude . So I walked out . Poor customer service.

probably the worst food and service i’ve ever been unfortunate enough to come across. got my order COMPLETELY WRONG every single time i come here. i asked for corn they gave me voodoo fries, i asked for garlic parm tenders gave me BBQ WINGS???? like what? how do you mess up someone’s order that entirely wrong? just read the ticket!! they put the correct ticket on my bag but still gave me the wrong food? make it make sense. and to top it off, the boy who was working the counter had the NASTIEST ATTITUDE i’ve ever seen from a person. he was speaking in the quietest whisper ever and i had to ask him 5 times to repeat himself or speak up and it was genuinely making me angry. he was acting like my presence was the bane of his existence and was rolling his eyes every time i asked him to repeat himself. do you even hear yourself dude? probably not because you speak like you’re in a library. obviously the wrong field of service for him, matter of fact EVERYONE IN THAT PLACE. do better wingstop.
