Worst place ever! I would absolutely give this location O stars if that was an option.
Customer service is TRASH, they literally have 25 employees standing in the kitchen talking and chitchatting while the lobby is full of customers.
Employees playing on their phones and serving food at the same time.
The unprofessionalism is nightmarish.
The ambiance is dreadful. NEVER AGAIN.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Wingstop location. My order was only partially given to us. When my husband picked up the order, he asked for the order, and the cashier only handed him one bag, even though the order clearly required more than one.

When I called the store to ask where the rest of my items were, the cashier was very rude and dismissive. Instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the issue, she blamed my husband and stated that he “didn’t ask for both bags.” That response was unacceptable. If a customer asks for their order, all bags associated with that order should be given automatically.

There was no accountability, no apology, and no customer service shown at all. Customers should not have to chase down missing items or be spoken to rudely when there is a clear mistake.

The boneless wings are literally nuggets and you get enough fries for 2 people with the 4 person value meal. Was not impressed Wouldn’t order again

Three employees more worried about having fun jacking around than working. Playing inappropriate music in the kitchen area that was louder than the store music. It didn’t appear there was anyone in charge. Nothing wrong with enjoying your time at work but you’re there to work. Very unprofessional.

Partnering with DoorDash for your deliveries sounds good, but we had an order sit on my front porch for over 20 minutes because the dasher did not ring the door bell or knock on the door. Called store we ordered from (862 E. Hillside Dr. Broken Arrow, OK 74012) and was promptly told that the order went to door dash and they have no control over the drivers behavior. This was pretty disappointing lunch to say the least. I don't need a refund, or a discount on a future purchase, you just need to get with door dash and let the know to ring the doorbell, knock on the door or both to let us know our food has arrived.
