Omg I haven't been to Pizza Hut in a while but I'm so glad we tried it here. Customer service was excellent super nice folks. Our pizza cooked fast within 15mins. We ordered a large pepperoni pan pizza and it was DELICIOUS!! We didn't even order it with extra pepperoni but they put so many on so that was awesome!! We definitely will order from this location next time we come to Savannah. PROS! Fast, delicious, polite, open late. Overall rate: 10/10

This was the second time in a row that my order was not correct. This is the very same reason I stopped patronizing Papa Johns. Will give it one more try and if it happens again then so long Pizza Hut.

The quality of the pizza is not as it was earlier.. The crust handle was very dry n hard. I paid for deep pan..n the crust was still so thin.. I like thick crust.. But it was not satisfactory for the price of $14.00 for medium 3 toppings. The toppings were not put enough.. The sause was no where in it.. Cheese was almost half..in that instead of regular. Overall.. Very Disappointed.

Ok another pizza hut, only 2 persons you have to wait some to have a pizza ready around 30 mins, the rest is the same.
I had to wait for manager to come to give me my pizza. I ordered the mini Cinnabon. These were not fully cooked. The center was raw. I placed my order online and it was ready when I arrived - sitting on the counter behind the cashier area. The employee that greeted me could not give me my pizza. She put it in the oven.

I’m not even joking when I tell you to stay far away from this place. We have given this place multiple chances. Each time, food is left out completely, double charged, the food is cold, or just gross. We are never offered refunds. So we DRIVE back to pick it up items left off. Never an apology, never anything. And strange enough, they have to “remake it” and we wait. So this means the food that we originally came for gets cold. It’s always the wings, sauces, and cheese stick

The worst experience I've ever had. I waited 2 1/2 hours. When I finally called to inquire, the manager told me that they called me and I didn't answer, so they cancelled my order. The manager then told me they were done delivering for the night. It was 8:45 pm. Guess what? No one ever called. I will no longer order from Pizza Hut again.

having ordered twice now from this location, the first time it taking nearly 3 hours and playing phone tag with the people on the phone and being hung up on, today I ordered again and found a black curly hair baked in the pizza. yum.

My family has been going through a tough time with COVID, my mother-in-law died and we gave away our youngest daughter. We ordered a Triple Treat Box to brung a little happiness during this dark time, and to our dismay there were NO drawers. The pizza was toasted bread with uncooked toppings, the chicken alfredo was a stringy meat with raw pasta - just an abomination to the good name of the Hut. Let me be clear, NO ONE out Pizza's the Hut, but tonight, they did.
