I called in my order of one large pan pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks, and when I arrived I was told that my total was over $30. When I brought up my deal as a Hut Rewards Member, with a $9.99 large one topping pizza, daily deal, I was told, "I don't have to accept what's online." Very bad taste in my mouth with this interaction, I won't be returning. If not out of respect for his workers that made the pizza, I'd have declined it right then and there. $21 for a large, one topping pizza. Disgusting.

Needs to be investigated. Many complaints and service from this place is like an episode of "Punked"! Its so unreal the shock will make you pay and just leave.

I have ordered from this location a few times. However, the order has ALWAYS been wrong, late, and/or cold. The last time I ordered from here, the delivery time was 35-45 minutes. Fast forward to 1 hour and 45 minutes later, my food finally arrived. I opted into the order tracking and it said my order was finished and ready to go out after 20 minutes. It did not leave the store until AN HOUR LATER! When I finally did receive my order, it was literally not even warm. The cheese had solidified and my wings were COLD! I tried calling the store directly to complain and was put on hold for right over 12 minutes the first time and got "disconnected". The second time I called, I was on hold FOR OVER 17 minutes. I then proceeded to reach out to corporate, WHO WOULD NOT ONLY NOT refund my money, but also only sent me A DISCOUNTED coupon for next time. NOT A FREE ONE! Pizza Hut is my favorite delivery chain but I will NEVER order from them in Savannah again. It seems that they need to do an overhaul and fire EVERYONE and hire new employees and managers with CORRECT training. It is SEVERELY disappointing how they handle their business in multiple locations here.

I think the building itself is extremely old and they need to remodel it. Inside and out. It was just a turn off for me, dark inside, dirty windows, crumbling structure. The employees working there were having a conversation around the open pizza without their mask being on their faces properly. The pizza I ordered tasted ok. I won't return until after they've made extensive improvements.

This place is clearly not practicing covid awareness. They wear no gloves and if they do, they do not change them. I just watched the girl at the register stratch her head with gloves on then try to box up pizza. absolutely disgusting. Do better

Worst Pizza hut ever! They run out of "crusts". After taking your order. They won't deliver 2 hours before they close. And I had already paid in advance for delivery AND the tip. Worst Pizza hut ever!

I ordered online, actually live only 2 blocks away. the tracker said it left the store, It had been 45 minutes..still no pizza...called the store, said they only have 1 driver..didnt even ask who I was...said simply I would get it...so apparently my pizza is sitting somewhere, maybe in someone's car or maybe still at the store...and they did not even care...

the manager is rude, and is not the customer fault that she have a lot job, the whole time I was ordering she was very rude to me and my friend..... I do not recommend this place unless they get new people who will learn how to treat people right.. first time in my life I meet such rude "manager "who treat they customer bad... last time I come to this place. btw the manager name is julia and she is a very rude......
This location is terrible. I had stopped ordering from here for quite some time related to issues that we have had in the past, but decided to try again. That was a terrible idea. I placed my order online. Shortly thereafter I received a phone call from a random number, that was NOT the store number and was told they don't have a delivery driver. I placed my order early and requested delivery time was at 5pm. I asked if they would have one by 5, she said no. Ok, fine, I'll go pick it up, no big deal. Then she calls back a couple hours later and says they've run out of the medium pan pizza dough. What? How does a pizza place run out of dough!?!? How is that a thing!?!? I just told her to cancel my order because it didn't seem worth it to go pick up a pizza that I didn't even want. It really feels like they were trying not to do their jobs. I find it very unprofessional that they would call from a random number, not the store, and they aren't properly staffed ON A HOLIDAY!!! We won't be ordering ever again.

Horrible customer service. Had to wait for over 10 min. Just to place the drink order. Restroom was atrocious. They had over 8 people working in the kitchen, but nobody except 1 person trying to serve the dining area. Also, server was not friendly at all, and not a customer service oriented type of person. So unprofessional and needs to be more staffed. I placed an order at 9pm for delivery only to be called an hour later to tell me that suddenly nobody is there at all to make my order. Not to mention my card was already charged. Never ordering here again. Corporate will definitely be hearing from me

This Pizza Hut is completely unprofessional I placed and order and I called after an hour when I called the girl who answered the phone told me they didn't have any drivers working today. She claimed to have called me But I had no missed calls when I told her this she began giving me an attitude I asked her to cancel the order and to give me a refund she then proceeded to tell me if she felt like it she would.. I have emailed their corporate office hoping they will do something about this. So beware don't order from Pizza Hut on Abercorn go to uncle Maddios
