UPDATED REVIEW:
Based on the co-owners response to my initial review:

1.- “I find your review most offensive. First, I doubt you will find a CLEANER restaurant in Savannah. Our tables are cleaned with a special peroxide-based solution every morning and after every use. Much of the time I do it myself. The table was not sticky unless you did something to make it that way. And we replace silverware after each course at dinner unless the guest wishes to keep his or her setting.

R: No SIR! Your tables and floors are not clean. The idea of suggesting “I did something to make it that way” is what sounds offensive and RIDICULOUS to me and also, your server never replaced or suggested new silverware after each setting.

2.- “I am trying to get to the bottom of your caprese issue. Every caprese salad gets an entire tomato. If there was a mistake with your order, I will own that. As in every circumstance I would ask why did you not say something so we could have corrected the issue. But no, it seems you just like to wait and complain on social media”

R: I believe you made a mistake while preparing the salad (2 slices of tomato, 2 mozzarella pieces and 3 lettuce leafs) and I MADE THE MISTAKE of not saying anything at the moment. And FYI, this is a public review, you damn sure I’ll “complain” about what I didn’t like about your establishment, so other people know better.

3.- “Now, to your comment about the owners. Where do you get off using the term “old [G]ay couple” unless you are completely bigoted, which I am guessing you are. First, why does “old” make a difference. I do not consider myself old but I guess you do, and we have never met. To that I would say something you could do to yourself that the term would be most inappropriate on this forum. Now, more importantly to the Gay couple issue. REALLY!?! Would it make a difference if we were Black, Asian or Jewish? It should not, but I am guessing to you it would. And were we “upset or angry?” No, we could not have been as neither of us were able to get out front this evening. No Luis, I think you might just have some personal problems and credibility issues”

R: I’m not bigoted by anything. I am part of the community too and I could care less about your race, color, religion, etc. you’re just a sad, grumpy guy (based on other reviews people have made about your attitude before). You should probably go and check that in case you’ve forgotten.

4.- “And our server, who worked very hard tonight, did not deserve your ridiculously inadequate tip of $4, which was just 8 percent. You make no mention of poor service, rather you just demonstrated that you are not the kind of guest we want in our establishment. Have a wonderful evening in your little world, wherever that may be”

R: What I tip it’s my business only. My dinner was 40? So I considered a 10% was right based on everything. I’m sad she’s working so hard at a place like this where you’re clearly not paying her enough. You should probably fix that first before expecting she’ll get compensated for her hard work (and your BS) only based on tips. That’s the kind of establishment no one likes.

Have a wonderful day, pathetic guy! ??

This is a very overdue review. My family and I were in Savannah on May 18th 2024. We were there to visit my brother in the hospital. We made a very last minute reservation to eat here, and I'm so glad that they let us in. This place is incredible, and the owners are amazing. We had dessert, fresh food from their garden, and the best food. Even my picky preteen niece was happy. They owners show champion corgis, and they have pictures of their dogs all over the place. It was bittersweet for me as I'd just lost my corgi Paisley in January. I did smile though. Please at here and experience good food, cute dogs, and Southern Hospitality at its' best. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

What a find! Looking for a beer but parking is awful. They had a Parking spot! We had a few beers and the Brie en croute was excellent! Great snack for two. This is our new downtown spot!! And all day Bellinis…..

We rushed in for a quick lunch before heading to the airport - the space was gorgeous, the service top tier and speedy, the food fresh and so delicious we didn’t want to leave. We got the Locket’s house salad and a quiche and absolutely loved it. The staff even brought us a complimentary slice of pie, it absolutely made our last day in Savannah. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! Thank you to the staff who were with us yesterday, we appreciate you (Aug 12) :)

No Southern Hospitality here, at least from what I presume are the owners. What a couple of dour-faced men! The ladies were fine, but the vibe was tense after our initial "greeting" by grumpy old man 1!

Sehr gutes Essen, sehr gut zubereitet.

We had booked a reservation at The Old Pink House a month before our Savannah visit. The only available time was 9:30. As we approached Savannah, I expressed my concern eating so late. My husband went on a site “where locals eat”, and found this delightful bistro. He had the meatloaf and I, the spring vegetables and ravioli. Both were excellent .We ordered the fried okra for an app w a “bellini”. The bellinis were better than we had in Venice at the origin restaurant! Before the okra arrived,( which was delicious and plentiful), Tod, oiur waiter, and part owner, brought us each a complimentary plate of grilled asparagus, on fresh greens w a superb dressing on the side! A salad came with the meal, and that also was fresh and well prepared. We completed the meal w a huge slice of key lime pie poundcake. Amazing! We have eaten at Grey, The Pink House, and several other well known spots in Savannah. This was by far, better food and service than we have had not only in Savannah, but anywhere, in a long time!!!

Had lunch here with three girlfriends before seeing the matinee at Savannah Theater. The food was all so fresh and homemade tasting. We had the gazpacho, quiche with salad, chicken Caesar, ham and goat cheese on baguette and a 1/2 grilled cheese with bacon. All were delivered in good time and were delicious. Just a short walk to the theater. A perfect afternoon.

My daughter and I stumbled across this gem today. The atmosphere is so welcoming. We ordered the Cheese board with sausage and wine. This is the absolute best cheese board we have ever had. The gentleman server, Michael, was A+. The wine was delightful. We will definitely be back. Thank you for an awesome experience Wright Square Bistro.

I will dream about this place when I leave Savannah. Tons of amazing restaurants to chose from in this city and we ended up here twice in two days. The owners are fantastic and on-site and have a lot of pride in the cutest corgi pups ever (dogs are only here in person on Halloween, sadly). Food is amazing and drinks are outstanding: my bellini, mimosa, and homemade watermelon lemonade all had these awesome frozen fruit balls in them that kept them chilled without diluting them. Prices are reasonable and the staff is so personable—we felt like we were the only people in the place. I would normally post food pics, but, well, I ate all the picture material. It was that good. Don’t miss this hidden gem right across from the federal building.

So we happened by Wright Square Bistro. It was the most amazing place ever. Great service and the food outstanding. Great ambiance and tucked away a little off the main roads but well worth finding them! Owners are very active in the business and cater to their customer base. This will be a permanent spot for me when I’m down.
