Worst ramen I’ve ever had in my life. Bland. Bland. Bland.

So I am reviewing off one visit. I came here because trusted locals said this was the best ramen shop and I have been looking for good Ramen since I moved back to the States from Japan.Quickly I appreciate they try to create the outdoor feel of a noodle shop or cart. The service this day was lacking, where people were nice, they seem extremely distracted and unsure of whom would actually take my order. I like the Japanese no interaction approach but you feel like an island to yourself with little on how to get refills unless you go back to the front and can wave someone down. The food is the double edged sword. They offer broth types and additives that NO ONE ELSE DOES but same time where flavors are in point, the Broth is still very watery. (Especially the Miso) Broth should be almost a meal in itself. I tried the Shoyu as Soy base was my go.to in Atsugi. The soft boiled eggs were fully boiled and cut in two so they were fully cooked. The egg itself was so water-logged that the whites disintegrated as I tried to eat them. The Pork was over cooked to the point it stopped being seared pork belly and became Jerky Bacon.Lot of technical issues that just pulled me from what is important.... The food. Anime shows and cute decorations are great but the star should be the ramen first. Granted 97% of the patrons have never been or never will go to Japan and do not know the difference, but as much as this place was hyped up. It's still very over priced for the level of food I gotThat all being said I did have fun and will maybe go back when money is good, but for now I will continue the search for that Ramen dish that reminds me of home

Great place to show our kids what great Ramen and Udon taste like! The homemade spicy garlic sauce is legit! Very, very good service. Very helpful answering questions and timely food delivery. Kids want to come back, that's all I need to hear!

When we went on a Saturday night, the place was slammed, but the staff made every effort to be accommodating! They offered us complimentary drinks while we waited and kept us informed about our wait times. We ordered to tonkatsu ramen with chasu pork, with extra pork. When it came to the table, there was minimal pork in our dishes. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, they were courteous and prompt to fix the issue. The food tasted fantastic and came with all the accoutrements. They worked as fast as possible and were very friendly despite the hiccups. It was refreshing to see a team so eager to keep their guests happy while maintaining awesome attitudes. 10/10 recommend!

Unfortunately, I got food poisoning after eating here (seafood dish). The other people that I was with got chicken and pork dishes and were fine. Other than the food poisoning, other people’s food was mediocre.

The food here is not good. Noodles were over cooked. Broth had very little flavor. Kind of tasted like flavored water. Egg wasn’t bad. Pork was abysmal. As were the pork buns. I don’t like to throw shade but I feel the need simply because there are other ramen spots in the area. Try another.

Went to sit with 4 people so I grabbed a long booth because I had 4 people and there was no other seats available for that many people. I was told I have to have a number before I can sit..Ok so if I get my ramen then cant find a seat for 4 we are all stuck standing cause yall don’t have proper seating. I left when I was told I can’t sit until I have a number. Disorganized and not worth it. Y’all need to train your employees to have more tact and explain. Specificity the long haired tall guy. Rude

Went there for lunch today and it was packed. We were lucky we missed the crowd. Ramen was flavorful and delicious. The stir fry was delicious too. We tried the pork buns as well and we never had them served like a taco but it was still very tasty but prefer the original way. The front desk clerk with the piercings and the blonde hair was really knowledgeable and professional. It was all hands on deck today and everyone was moving. Definitely planning on going back
