No ice for drinks unless behind the counter. Chicken and Fries had an old grease taste. Soft drink machine had issues and was leaking. Bathrooms were disgusting and smelled.

AVOID —- they will steal your debit card information. I went to Zaxbys the other night and got some chicken tender tacos off their menu since they are “new” … the young female walked off with my card and went missing for a while and then came back with my card and receipt after a while… I had a terrible feeling and sure enough, today I get a fraud alert on my card for SHAPE WEAR that j didn’t purchase. Love the food but please pay in cash. Can’t wait to report them to the police.

I foolishly gave this location another chance after several bad experiences over the past couple of years. Today’s experience ruined any chance that I will ever visit the franchise again. Missing items, poorly cooked food, nonexistent customer service at a price higher than it has ever been. You can get better food at gas stations in Savannah (seriously). Avoid this location.

The customer service was subpar. I wasn't greeted or made to feel welcome; they only asked for a name for my order. When I received my order, it was incorrect. Instead of apologizing, they responded with an attitude, and there was a significant delay in getting the correct order.

This location needs improved customer service training or better management.

I went n brought 4 shrimp they were dark and burnt or grease was old. I brought a blue zalad u get bread and 3 extra slices of bread this is the second time I was eating from here the bread taste like someone just dump all this salt on it, it was unbearable I was praying my pressure wasn’t going to b up bc I was having surgery the next day I call all day long n nobody picked it
