This Zaxbys will actually never get your order correct. I always have to check the bag and remind them to give me what I have paid for. They always try and give you one less sauce as well. If you ever go to this Zaxbys expect your order to be short.

Just left the Zaxbys on Victory Dr. no running water in bathrooms to wash hands and an employee from the back came in and peed then walked right out and back into the kitchen.

I ordered a 10 piece fingerz and a large fri plus a chocolate shake. Chicken was loot warm. Fries over seasoned. Still eat able but for $35.00 needs to be piping hot. Customer service was great. Atmosphere was clean and pleasant.

Just went thru at 7:23pm oct19 and got two things both were HOT and FRESH! The service was great lady at the window was very nice and I got my food within 5 minutes, they are MOVING that line! 10/10 would come again

The people at the drive thru have terrible attitudes. Obviously don’t want to do their job.
Ordered lemon pepper sandwich with fries, fries weren’t seasoned, I didn’t taste lemon pepper at all I’m sure it was regular chicken, soda we got was flat. Really light on the fries which was disappointing. That was my first Zaxbys experience I was disappointed

No ice for drinks unless behind the counter. Chicken and Fries had an old grease taste. Soft drink machine had issues and was leaking. Bathrooms were disgusting and smelled.
