Shrimp is not good. Save yourself. Stick with chicken. Your attempt with shrimp is horrible. It tastes like vulcanized rubber. Absolutely garbage. So bad I couldn't even finish the fries. And who wants Texas toast with shrimp. You've lost me. Makes me never want Zaxby's again.

We ordered two Zac snacks and a fried pickle. We drove off and turns out there was only one Zac snack. So we went back through the drive through (since the inside was closed) and told Kyndra p (the big lady) that we only got one. Not only did we get accused of lying but she was rude about it. She said she personally packed that order, but obviously she personally ate the order. My feelings are hurt. 0/10 for her.

Wow! The current times are showing at Zaxby's.Just purchased a Zacks snak meal.It used to be that you got 3 decent chicken fingers.I just paid nearly 11 bucks for 3 over cooked chicken nuggets.Make a sandwich at home boys, and girls.....it just ain't worth it these days!!!

HORRIBLE! Absolutely horrible I ordered from here and not a single thing on my order was correct and half of it was missing! On top of that the food was cold and soggy! There needs to be a serious change or they mine as well close because I will never be returning to this location again! Do not go here this isn’t my first time this has happened

If I could give 0 stars I would. They were literally out of everything! And I thought Albany was ghetto. No ice, no boneless wings, no soda! Then on top of it when I was ordering they are passing bags of frozen boneless wings through the drive-through window. Then their water that they did have taste like sink water Never again. Fries also barely had a dash of seasoning.

Was very rudely told that the dining room was closed after we already ordered and paid. Took our food home and we had wrong sauces and frys were undercooked and had no seasoning at all. I added some regular salt in the picture.Please do not go to this location
