Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I normally frequent this location because it's closest to my home and work. I love the Asian zalad, so mainly that's what I order. I've been getting it for the last 4 months or so. But lately, when I receive it, the lettuce portion is disgusting. This is not what I'm use to getting in my zalad. If I'm going to pay $10 for a salad, I'm expecting what I've gotten for the last 4 months. I'm very disappointed about this and I'm not sure if I'll go back. I've read some of the reviews concerning the manager at this location, and I must say, he's not the friendliest person that I've met. I've been in customer service and retail management for over 33 years, and what I've experienced in his presence is not that of someone that wants you to be a return customer. It's sad, but it's true. Hopefully this improves.

I did a mobile order via their app and the food came out very fast, i was shocked and impressed. The food was hot and good too.

Service was fast but the food, especially the white cheddar bites, tasted like they were sitting in a bin way past their fresh time.... nasty at best.

This is what $15 will get you at this location. Cold boneless wings with hardly any sauce on them. “Loaded” French fries that look like a side order for $9.

Customer service horrible! Portions size is small. Don’t go to this location. Didn’t even finish more than half of my food. The fries were old. No sauce on the nibbler. They really need to do better

Who ever the supervisor is on the day shift during lunch hour, he is truly phenomenal! He greeted me when I walked in, he checked on the staff and asked if they needed anything, he bagged orders. I mean he was great! It was refreshing to walk in and be acknowledged. The entire crew seem to be calm and confident. Most important my food was fresh. :) (cobb salad)

This place supposed to be open until 9:00 p.m. on Sunday night I show up at 8:40 and they are closed this place sucks

Fries were old and cold, cheese bites were old and cold. Had to send food back because it wasn’t right. Boneless wings were hard.

Idk how but I just spent $26 on 10 boneless wings and some loaded fries. I ordered these two items before and I was not expecting the price difference. Usually when I get 10 boneless, I split the flavors half sweet and half nuclear. But the drive through lady told me I couldn’t do that this time (even though I usually do that) and had to order 5 and then another 5. Wish I was warned about the ridiculous uncharge. I asked her how big the boneless wings were thinking maybe they were larger and that would equate the price difference. Nope. These wings are about the size of a quarter. I don’t remember if they were always this size or if I’m just confused why it cost me $26 for this meal. I was also the only person in line so it wasn’t even a “they were busy” excuse. I could of went anywhere and gotten more/better quality wings for $26.

I just had the worse experience at the Zaxby’s store 4260 OGEECHEE RD Savannah Ga. The store manager over there is very rude. I have never been treated in the manner that he handled me. I was simply trying to check on my food after being parked for 8 mins. I went through the drive through and was told someone would bring my food to me because it wasn’t ready. After waiting almost 10 minutes I went in to retrieve my food. The manager there named Billy was very rude. I was extremely nice and was treated rudely for no reason. He even gave me an empty cup when I ordered a strawberry lemonade, which they have behind the counter. He then purposely filled my drink without any ice and stated he didn’t know I wanted ice and started laughing. It’s no way this gentleman is a manger with that type of customer service. I’m going to call corporate until something is done about this rude individual representing you all company.

I think this is the best Zaxbys I'm Savannah. I have not had an issue yet. My food is always hot and fresh and I get good customer service. Only one I like eating to.
