Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Store was closed at 7 pm oct09, no sign saying anything, however they were people in the inside eating. Savannah has a strange way of doing things. If it were anywhere else they would of did the common sense way and put a sign on door or something, communication i see is lacking nowadays. Smh..... I do love zaxbys, it's not the restaurant, it's the people who works there.

I upgraded my meal to include a large fry, but the portion I received appeared to be the same size—or even smaller—than the regular fry that came with my boyfriend’s standard meal. To confirm this, I took photos showing a clear comparison between the two orders.

When I brought this to the attention of the manager on duty, I was surprised by their response. Rather than acknowledging the concern or offering a resolution, they insisted that my portion was a large and declined to accommodate the issue. I found the interaction to be dismissive and unhelpful. I will NOT be back!

If I could give zero star I would I ordered 2 chicken finger with coleslaw 2 kiddie and they didn't give it they gave me double fries and not only that they also ignored me took 1 hour to give my food because they lost my receipt and forgot my order like what I payed 50 dollar for my order if yall don't want to work stay at home

I normally frequent this location because it's closest to my home and work. I love the Asian zalad, so mainly that's what I order. I've been getting it for the last 4 months or so. But lately, when I receive it, the lettuce portion is disgusting. This is not what I'm use to getting in my zalad. If I'm going to pay $10 for a salad, I'm expecting what I've gotten for the last 4 months. I'm very disappointed about this and I'm not sure if I'll go back. I've read some of the reviews concerning the manager at this location, and I must say, he's not the friendliest person that I've met. I've been in customer service and retail management for over 33 years, and what I've experienced in his presence is not that of someone that wants you to be a return customer. It's sad, but it's true. Hopefully this improves.

I did a mobile order via their app and the food came out very fast, i was shocked and impressed. The food was hot and good too.

This is what $15 will get you at this location. Cold boneless wings with hardly any sauce on them. “Loaded” French fries that look like a side order for $9.

Customer service horrible! Portions size is small. Don’t go to this location. Didn’t even finish more than half of my food. The fries were old. No sauce on the nibbler. They really need to do better

Who ever the supervisor is on the day shift during lunch hour, he is truly phenomenal! He greeted me when I walked in, he checked on the staff and asked if they needed anything, he bagged orders. I mean he was great! It was refreshing to walk in and be acknowledged. The entire crew seem to be calm and confident. Most important my food was fresh. :) (cobb salad)

This place supposed to be open until 9:00 p.m. on Sunday night I show up at 8:40 and they are closed this place sucks

Fries were old and cold, cheese bites were old and cold. Had to send food back because it wasn’t right. Boneless wings were hard.
