Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

If you want a quick doordash dont dont do it at this location, how long does it take for some loaded fries, then it was cold…

I came around 11:30 before close and they informed me they were only doing DoorDash and pick up. I parked in the pick up parking spot. Ordered pick up and waited. It came to about 11:58, 2 minutes before closing and they still never came to the car so I went to the drive thru. Where they proceeded to ask for my name, “check” for food and then brought out a team lead or something (she covered her name, the girl with the Medusa piercing). She asked for my name, looks back and then says “we are out of food you’ll have to go and refund it”. Mind you I would’ve been understanding had they not played in my face by fake checking and this back and forth nonsense. My first time back in the south, was looking forward to eating this after 5 years. Horrible service don’t think I’ll be going back to this location.

Went through the drive through 30 minutes before closing time. They didn't want to.take my order they said they had no food. So Google closing time is wrong.

Sat forever in the drive through. Ordered a garden Zensation Zalad and when I got home saw they had put the dressing on it and soaked it with it! The egg roll was even soaked in dressing! 🤬

After repeating order twice, we got back to our hotel only to find out that items were missing. Sauces for both the meals, cheesecake bites, and forks required to eat (after requesting) not included. Fries were not seasoned and chicken was rubbery.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and they gave me bread and pickles with sauce. How do you give someone a spicy chicken sandwich with no chicken?!? And when I got it fixed and got my full sandwich, it tasted so bad. Like the chicken was way too salty and I literally felt sick with just the first bite. Also the wait was way too long and they gave out orders for people after me when I arrived first. I would give it 0 stars if I could. Don’t eat here if you have respect for yourself.

I came through and ordered a zenzation salad with GRILLED chicken. I also ordered two extra Zax sauce with a chicken finger meal which is already supposed to come with one Zax sauce. I went through drive-thru and left. Upon arrival at my destination, I got FRIED chicken salad and only TWO Zax sauce!!!! Was so frustrated!! It as slow also!! Will NEVER be going back to this poorly run Zaxbys ever again!!

So I go to this Zaxbys every Sunday between 5-5:30pm rain or sunshine I’m there every Sunday so today I arrived around 5:20pm I order the same thing for me & my son but today the young lady at the front register wanted to give me a bit of a hard time but thank goodness for managers like Mr. Danny he came to the front, as I asked and handled the situation very professionally…

Was in tonight for a quick dinner. The drive thru assistant and front counter assistant were on their phones. A gentleman walked in looking for the rest of his order as he had been sitting outside for some time. The woman working the drive thru forgot about his order. When he said something about her being on the phone she rolled her eyes. They got my order wrong no extra seasoning or extra ranch I paid for

Would give this zaxbys negative stars if possible, easily the worst i’ve been to. Get to the drive thru to order and the guy immediately says “we’re out of fries but can substitute for chips instead is that okay” (how you run out of french fries at a place famous for its chicken and fries I do not know). I order a boneless wings and things in sweet and spicy and I know they heard me correctly bc it was correct on receipt. Get to the window and the guy just has his hand out for my card, doesn’t say anything. hands it back with my drink and comes back a second later with my food and says that they ran out of the bigger boxes that they put bigger meals in so they had to use a small box. I open my box and all of my food is mixed together and piled on top. and to top it all off they gave me the wrong food - they gave me traditional wings instead of boneless and had them dipped in probably their hottest sauce because i could smell it as soon as he put it out the drive thru window. the only part of my meal I consumed was my sweet tea. Hadn’t been to Zaxbys in over a year due to dropping quality and this might have just put a bow on it for me. Just shut it down.

Fire the whole night crew. I’m so serious 💯. It’s a shame that it’s common knowledge not to bother going once night shift begins.
