Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Drive thru cashier is rude. Very disappointed, I had order a signature with lettuce, tomato’s, cheese and bacon. They completely forgot to add my cheese and bacon and like 4 scraps of lettuce. You pay for these extras to not even receive them.

We waited in the drive-thru for about 3-5 minutes before deciding to leave. The microphone was on, so we could hear some arguing or just talking, I guess. No one else was in the drive-thru either, so it wasn’t because they were busy. I drove around just to see them standing around. 😆 I wouldn’t be surprised if this place doesn’t stay open for much longer. It’s usually empty every time we go.

Guy at the counter was nice and the restaurant was clean but they apparently can't cook chicken. Mine is burnt and so dry. It could be filthy grease, as well. Either way, they should be able to cook a peice of chicken. This is terrible

Jim'mah d at the drive through had a horrible attitude. I clearly asked for a certain thing, and when I got to the window, I realized that could have been a little too much so I realized that they charged me for something I did not order.I told her about it and she had an attitude right out the gate saying I read it back to you. No, you didn't, because I never said any word about ranch, and I would have said no. She snatched my card. I did not like the attitude and she's lucky my Son was in the car.

Came on my break & ordered Traditional wings meal. She rushed me through my order...confirmed Traditional at window and still received boneless. Didn't know until I got back to work. Went back to get the correct order. The ladies at the front were kind. It was the rude girl fixing my food. She threw my food in the window like she lost her mind. The front staff apologized for the girls' actions. Checked my food my wings were burnt. I mean BURNT! The wings were impossible to chew. They even had a homeless man In there begging for drinks and food. They did help him out. But that girl the was there at 1:15pm on 08/20/2025 needs to be written up .

Excellent Experience from Start to Finish
I stopped into Zaxby’s recently and was genuinely impressed with how well this location is run. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. Everyone was polite, helpful, and seemed happy to be there, which really makes a difference in the overall experience. The restaurant itself was spotless—tables, floors, and drink station were all clean and well-maintained. My order came out quickly, and the food was hot, fresh, and full of flavor. You can tell they put care into both the service and the quality of the meal. It’s refreshing to find a place where you get great customer service, a clean environment, and consistently good food all in one stop. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this location to friends and family.
