Not only did I have to wait more than 20+ minutes because my order was forgotten about after I pulled up, I wasn’t given the extra sauce I payed for let alone any sauce..

Hot, fresh food. Speedy service. Got to the pickup window and was highly disappointed. The young lady handed me my food and never said a word! Not a single Hello, Thank you, Have a great day! Just a blank stare and a stank face! She made the single-handedly ruined the review!

The food was burn and it took forever to be ready, A manger name Candace I’m not sure how to spell her name she was very disrespectful to me. I saw a roach in the woman’s bathroom it was just a mess. I will no longer be going this Zaxby’s for now on

Took a while. Had to pull out of line. They forgot my zax sauce, but the worker went and got me one. Milkshakes are waaayyyy too sweet but at least it was half off.

Came and ordered two kids meals and didn't get my extra two sweet and spicy sauces. The girl on the speaker didn't listen to my order correctly, asked for a medium sprite with one the meals and got a kids sprite instead. Barely got any fries in the meals. This used to be my favorite restaurant, but I'm second guessing myself. The fries barely had seasoning and the chicken tenders didn't have any flavors.

Waitress didn't listen to me when I gave her my order and I speak loud and clearly so obviously she was not paying attention she got everything wrong on my order but the food was great if a little overpriced but hey you go out to eat you pay for it

Great service but I asked for extra sauced boneless wings and these are dry as hell. I did drive thru and had my baby with me and was unable to go back to the store. Very sad

Missed payment booth , they had me reverse back to the payment booth then still had to wait for order for 10 min.
