The food was good, the staff took a while to get to us, and forgot to give us an item we ordered. We only discovered it when we got home that it was never placed.

Toccisha Tyler was so nice and definitely seemed like she was happy to be at work and good customer service is rare. The food is always soft, juicy and fresh at this location, thank y'all

The Coke products here are consistently the worst I've ever tasted. I kept going despite this. My last visit I ordered a shake that I never received despite waiting 10 minutes parked next to the drive thru. When I went inside I was told the machine was down and they would call the manager to get a refund. After waiting another 10 minutes I left. I contacted corporate and they offered me a free app but refused to refund the cost of the shake I never received. I won't be back.

We came in a little late as we were on a road trip, and the employees were super nice, attentive, and quick. It was really a great relief/rest to be able to sit at a clean table and use clean bathrooms. Not to mention the food had seasoning and everything 🤌🏼 so shoutout to the guy working the front POS late on 1/8, party of three people who work in fast food appreciated you :)

Make sure you pay attention to your drinks and everything because the past three times we've gone to Zaxby's our drinks have been flat and food not properly cooked.

A few times now I’ve put in a mobile order and had to wait way past the time for my food. Tonight I pulled up and the told me to wait in the first spot and then completely forgot, closed up, and literally left my food waiting on the counter. This isn’t the first time, either.
