The snowballs and ice cream were delicious, but the service was awful. I get we had a large group (about 6) to order but it took forever to get our items. Went up to inquire and it looks like they were going to make all 6 items before giving them to us…which is normally fine, except this was ice cream and snowballs which melt the longer you sit and wait…. When I told them an ice cream was not what was ordered, one of the ladies rolled her eyes and then when I asked for napkins I was met with a snappy “ugh they are right there ma’am”… despite the napkin dispenser being empty. Incredibly rude service.

This place would be so much better if they used less sugar. My snow cone topped lemonade was so sweet my lips were sticking together. The lemonade was almost as thick as syrup and not cold at all.

Such a fun, family place for snow balls and specialty snow balls with ice cream! They even make sugar free snow balls of every flavor!
Friendly staff and great sno-balls and ice-cream! FYI, pressure washing the tables and benches would really make the place more inviting. We walked away because the table were less than clean! After we received the treats, we walked around Senoia, which is lovely as well!
