Bistro Hilary is one of my favorite restaurant in the PTC/Senoia area! The chicken parmesan is FANTASTIC and so is the service. Archie was our server and he was extremely attentive and ensured that we had a GREAT time!

The outdoor seating adds a relaxed, romantic atmosphere, making it a great spot to enjoy a meal. Service was attentive and friendly, enhancing the overall experience. Be sure to make reservations ahead of time, as this popular spot tends to fill up quickly on weekends. For a special night out with someone, this steakhouse is hard to beat.

The food was absolutely fantastic, but the service was disappointing. There appeared to be two hostesses, two managers, and only two servers. The managers spent a good amount of time at the host stand talking casually with the hostesses. Our server did her best, but she was stretched thin with tables inside and on the patio. Had the managers checked on us, even refilling our water glass on occasion, it would have been a much more enjoyable experience. We enjoyed a three course brunch and a manager only came by at the end to run our credit card.

Make sure you ask the price of specials before you get them. The average dish price was $55 and when we got the bill it was $90 for one plate !!! The food was good but nothing to brag about, not very flavorful. We won’t be back.

A friend and I had a wonderful lunch at Bistro Hillary recently. Our Server, Christy, was so helpful and gracious! It was my first time there, so I had questions about items on the menu. 😊 She answered every one! My friend and I stayed after the meal to visit over coffee and we were never rushed or made to feel our 'time was up.' And of course the food was delicious! Will definitely be going back!

We had an excellent anniversary dinner here with good service. I particularly enjoyed my white BBQ chicken sandwich "in a bowl" (basically the sandwich ingredients on a salad). My husband's chicken parm was big enough to bring some home. I thought the prices were very reasonable for the upscale vibe and obviously quality ingredients.
My family and I celebrated my husband and I’s elopement a couple of weeks ago at Bistro Hilary, and it was AMAZING! Our server Bruce went above and beyond, giving us the ultimate guest experience. The food was outstanding! 10/10 would recommend! We’ll be back again soon.

Just stopped by to see the menu and the hostess acted annoyed that we were there and I believe the owner or manager acted like we were bothering them with this minor request. Walked out not ever looking at the menu and will not return ever!!!

Resy/Amex patrons beware! Although they are a Resy restaurant, they will not accept Delta Reserve credit cards that offer monthly credits for dining at Resy restaurants. Kind of pointless if they can't accept the card. Their excuse was that their system is "too old" to take the "newer" cards by swipe or chip. When asked if they could key in the card number, they said they could also not do that.
