Bistro Hilary: Eclectic Charm Meets Bold Flavors
Bistro Hilary in Senoia offers a unique and eclectic atmosphere paired with genuinely quality food.
We started with the Mozzarella Pillows. While the serving size was good, they were unfortunately a little too greasy and over-fried. The accompanying, authentic marinara, however, was excellent.
The mains were the true stars. The Chicken Parmesan was well-cooked, generously portioned, and perfectly coated in the house marinara. But the Braised Lamb Risotto stole the show—it was a rich, bold, and incredibly satisfying dish that we couldn't stop raving about.
Bistro Hilary is a spot that delivers on taste.

The food was great. The service was attentive. The cocktails were well-crafted. The restaurant was loud, as most restaurants are these days.

Upon arrival, we were shown to a long table in the back room that was set for at least 12 people- I said no thanks. I asked why we couldn't sit in the front dining area and was told it was for reservations. Really? Excuse me but I told you upon arrival we have a reservation so that didn't make sense to me. We were then led to a table for 2 by the door. I won't say why I think we were led to the back.
Service: Georgia B our server was attentive and wonderful!!! An absolute pleasure who made our 1st visit to the restaurant worth it!
Food: Good but my salad was just spinach and dressing. Crab cakes were good and my husband enjoyed his steak. Wish there were better options for sides.
2 stars for greeting and seating.
4 stars for food.
5 stars is for Georgia!!!

Had dinner with former employees visiting from Canada and I wanted to provide them a night to remember. Needless to say, nobody was disappointed. I had the Calamari along with the evening special Sea Bass. All food served was excellent with both my wife and I taking our favorite Banana Pudding home!

By far the best restaurant in the area, including Senoia, Newnan, Peachtree city and Sharpsburg

If you have a chance to eat at Bistro Hilary, ask for Alicia S. to be your server! She was amazing, patient beyond measure with our large table and flawless in her delivery! Oh, and the food was delicious as well. If you love deviled eggs, the Eggs Dijon app is a must.

Overall I would rate this restaurant bland and would not recommended while it was nice inside, the food was really bad the chicken tender clearly tasted frozen and dropped in oil but not good frozen the cheapest you could buy probably the cups tasted like they weren’t fully cleaned my burger was not good the service was slow we waited a hour to get our food the cups were so small I don’t even know how she was that slow because she was running for some reason but never ran to get us a refill but she was very kind restaurant was nice and clean but there is nothing special about this place and dont come here if your thirsty.

Came here on my anniversary and unfortunately it wasn’t made to feel special at all. The service was just okay it just seemed like the bare minimum was being done the server acted like she didn’t want to be there the wine selection was pretty poor. The only thing I could say I liked was the atmosphere..

I was not overly impressed with their ribeye. The first one that came out was over cooked. Same for another at our table. Then it had this really, really strong smoky taste to it that completely overpowered the taste of the meat. The service was great. We did have a pretty big group of about 12 and they did a decent job with it. Would not order any steak from them again. They need to rely a little more on the flavor of the steak being served.

This place was just lovely. The food was really food with lots of attention to detail- my schnitzel on a cold salad was well cooked and the dressing was superb. I had my first aperol spritz! The dessert- a peach Melba ice cream, was amazing. Finally, my server, Alicia, was kind and attentive. The atmosphere was sophisticated with cloth napkins and nice wallpaper, but people were dressed casually at my early dinner. Definitely should try it out.

We are regulars for dinner and Sunday's brunch. However, this review is specific to a private event we held on the back patio. The accommodations were perfect. The appetizers were fabulous, and the waitstaff were exceptional. Highly recommend for any private event of around fifty people (I'm not sure exactly how many they can accommodate).
