UPDATE: Cookies are still overdone and burnt on the bottom.
I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews because I understand this is people’s livelihood, but I feel it’s important to share consistent experiences in hopes that improvements can be made.
Unfortunately, the quality at this Senoia Chick-fil-A location has not met the usual standard I expect from the brand. I’ve ordered the 6-count cookies multiple times, and each time they’ve been overdone and stale—more like hockey pucks than the soft, fresh cookies I’m used to, making them not worth the $10+.
Additionally, the fries are often under-filled, and the sandwiches tend to seem like they’ve been sitting too long, resulting in soggy bread.
At this point, I’ve found it’s a better experience to drive the extra 20 minutes to another location for higher-quality food. I truly hope the management takes this feedback into account and makes improvements. I would love to update my review if these changes are made!

Wow I hate to do this but it’s definitely been a pattern. I don’t know what it is about Senoia the Publix and this Chickfla it’s like there is a black hole in that area. Never had an issue with the customer service always friendly and efficient but the food quality is really hit or miss. We visited when the opened for lunch 2 grilled Chickfla and 2 side kale salads. When we ordered the lady that took our order said I just got back from break and it’s really good today the kale salad. Truthfully that was the reason why we went there. When we drove up to the window they said I am sorry they don’t have the kale salad would we like a substitute or a refund? I don’t care for there waffle fries so it was a refund. There is something that always happens little things like that. Not planning a visit to this location no more the wilshire location has earned my business for both shopping and eating.

Going into any food service the first thing I look for is cleanliness. I have been to many chick-fil-a restaurants and they are spotless both the building and equipment along with the employees.

Guess this is a large now. This has happened for the last three visits. We usually really love this chick, but it seems like this is the new norm.

I go to this chick-fil-a all the time because it's a convenient location and it is the worst of all the chick fil as (which yes, which means it's still better than other fast food establishments). They have gotten my order wrong or completely left meals out on multiple occasions. They frequently give you less sauce than you ask for or don't include it at all (when I'm ordering for 4 people, I need more than 2 sauce packets... c'mon).
I was finally prompted to write a review, however, because of their new policy requiring guests who order gift cards to go inside to prevent us from "clogging up the drive thru." I have never NOT gotten my gift cards from the drive thru, so by implementing this policy I'm now clogging up the drive thru (because I obviously did that first to get my gift cards) but simply had nothing to show for it. Next I'm "clogging up" the parking lot and inside by having to go inside to place the order, and I just LOVE having to go inside when I have my two small kids with me, and being late because I had to jump through unnecessary hoops 🙄 I definitely would have budgeted my time differently had I known, but how would I know about the policy except when I'm already in the drive thru being told they won't serve me. So stupid.
I will say, I have never had an unpleasant experience with the staff. As usual, chick fil a has the kindest staff, so I can only assume the issues that make this branch the worst are management related.

We ordered a salad and a sandwich meal. The salad had a bunch of rotten lettuce and the fries were tiny bits and pieces that weren't edible.

There is a lady who works here named Regina that has THE most exceptional customer service. She will change your whole day with her kindness. The food is fresh, and sooo good !! Very clean restaurant
