Wow I hate to do this but it’s definitely been a pattern. I don’t know what it is about Senoia the Publix and this Chickfla it’s like there is a black hole in that area. Never had an issue with the customer service always friendly and efficient but the food quality is really hit or miss. We visited when the opened for lunch 2 grilled Chickfla and 2 side kale salads. When we ordered the lady that took our order said I just got back from break and it’s really good today...
Going into any food service the first thing I look for is cleanliness. I have been to many chick-fil-a restaurants and they are spotless both the building and equipment along with the employees.
There is a lady who works here named Regina that has THE most exceptional customer service. She will change your whole day with her kindness. The food is fresh, and sooo good !! Very clean restaurant
