Noticed on the drive-thru window, as I was waiting on my 2 donuts, their most recent health score was 88(B). I'd say that's about accurate. No napkins provided with the drive-thru order, just chucked 2 donuts in a bag. Got home with them and one of them was stale. Would not recommend this location.

Worse Dunkin in the city of coweta Fayette the manger is definitely rude and the kids are to she don’t like blacks or biracial people and when you tell them u gonna call coperate they want act like they have great customer service and do the right thing by then it’s to late new manager and crew will produce better customer service

This location is .... Less than. We ordered a coffee w/cream and sugar (they forgot the sugar). We also ordered a bagel, toasted with cream cheese (they forgot to toast it). My son ordered a bagel with butter and the butter was so heavy, it dripped out through the bag and onto everything else. Yuk. So, everything we ordered was a lot less enjoyable than hoped for. I'd skip it next time for another location.

We love this location! Awesome staff make for an awesome experience. Super friendly, and always fully stocked with the things that we like to order. I would have attached a picture, but we ate it already. We like to get the sweet pepper, bacon and egg croissant and a box of assorted munchkins, but not the powdered ones.

Heather and her crew at the Senoia Dunkin’ are absolutely amazing! Every time I come in, I'm greeted with a warm smile and great service. The team is fast, friendly, and always gets my order right. You can tell they truly care about their customers and work hard to keep the place running smoothly. Whether it's early morning or mid-afternoon, the energy is always positive. My dad and I goto this dunkin often during our bicycle ride. Everytime we’ve gone the staff has always been friendly and drinks are consistently made perfect. This morning I had noticed my wallet was missing. Last time I used it was at this Dunkin.. I called, the employee searched for me and was so extremely kind and empathetic. (I found my wallet, but it wasn’t at dunkin)

I went to the drive through with my dad on the passenger seat to pick up 2 coffees I ordered, at the Senoia, GA location, when I arrived to the window I handed over my card , the girl at the window gave the card back to me and closed the window immediately; proceeded to the next window and then heard a loud scream coming from the first window, it was the girl at the drive through, she screamed “ come back here” I put the car in reversed and went back, I said said in a jokingly … “I am sorry, I thought this was MCDs” she got super annoyed by my joke, and looked at me in a really nasty way, and I said … “dont look at me like that” she got very annoyed and started screaming at means I said “just give me the coffees I ordered” but she got very aggressive and said… “I’m gonna call MY momma!!!! Just wait here!!!” She said this like 3 times and I said I want a manager!! Mean while she was calling her “momma” and I told the manager what was going on; I said please I want the 2 coffees I ordered, he gave me the corfees and apologized; I said while driving off, “go ahead and call your momma, I have my Poppa right here” and drove off, this is a true story and it’s not a joke, I couldn’t believe the girl at the window threatened me with her “momma” she most be some kind of big shot in this town or something, but hey ….i just had to write this review because frankly I’m not scared of anybody’s “momma”. This is a true story.

Consistently Incorrect Orders!!!! This Dunkin' is notorious for getting orders wrong. Whether it's missing items, the wrong drink, or something completely different from what I ordered, mistakes seem to happen way too often. The staff is friendly, but accuracy is a serious issue. If you're in a rush or want your order made correctly the first time, you might want to double-check before leaving or go to a different location.

This is absolutely the worst Dunkin my family and I have been to. The manager is the rudest person I have ever encountered and should not be working in customer service. She does not care about the environment or her customers satisfaction at all!!!! NEVER coming back!!
