I went to the drive through with my dad on the passenger seat to pick up 2 coffees I ordered, at the Senoia, GA location, when I arrived to the window I handed over my card , the girl at the window gave the card back to me and closed the window immediately; proceeded to the next window and then heard a loud scream coming from the first window, it was the girl at the drive through, she screamed “ come back here” I put the car in reversed and went back, I said said in a jokingly … “I am sorry, I thought this was MCDs” she got super annoyed by my joke, and looked at me in a really nasty way, and I said … “dont look at me like that” she got very annoyed and started screaming at means I said “just give me the coffees I ordered” but she got very aggressive and said… “I’m gonna call MY momma!!!! Just wait here!!!” She said this like 3 times and I said I want a manager!! Mean while she was calling her “momma” and I told the manager what was going on; I said please I want the 2 coffees I ordered, he gave me the corfees and apologized; I said while driving off, “go ahead and call your momma, I have my Poppa right here” and drove off, this is a true story and it’s not a joke, I couldn’t believe the girl at the window threatened me with her “momma” she most be some kind of big shot in this town or something, but hey ….i just had to write this review because frankly I’m not scared of anybody’s “momma”. This is a true story.

Consistently Incorrect Orders!!!! This Dunkin' is notorious for getting orders wrong. Whether it's missing items, the wrong drink, or something completely different from what I ordered, mistakes seem to happen way too often. The staff is friendly, but accuracy is a serious issue. If you're in a rush or want your order made correctly the first time, you might want to double-check before leaving or go to a different location.

This is absolutely the worst Dunkin my family and I have been to. The manager is the rudest person I have ever encountered and should not be working in customer service. She does not care about the environment or her customers satisfaction at all!!!! NEVER coming back!!

I had the worst experience at this Dunkin' Donuts. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful, and the manager was even worse. They clearly don't care about their customers. I won't be coming back and would advise others to avoid this place as well.

Worst dunkin I have ever been to. They wouldn’t answer drive through so I went to door. Even though it was middle of the day, they left me locked out there in the freezer warning because they wanted to mop. Charged me for water, got my food order wrong, left in the middle of taking it, and it was stale. Also smelled nasty in the bathroom and had poop left inside of the toilet, right after they serviced it.

This is the absolute best dunkin!! I always order mobile order, it is always ready when I get there. Never any issues. Every coffee I have ever received here has always been perfect! Staff is always on it and polite!

This will be the second time, I’ve come to this location and my food that I’ve ordered was half way done. I ordered “9pc loaded hash brown bowl”, which is what it was labeled when I ordered on the screen, I got home and barely any cheese, bacon, and only a few hash browns, husband was disappointed and I’m frustrated because it’s a waste of my money, and I tried called 3 times back to back and no answer, I cannot leave at the moment, so going back to replace it, isn’t always an option, so please answer your phones to make things right.

Terrible customer service. I won’t come to this location. I’ll stick to the ones I normally go to; probably what I get for going to another store. My drink order was wrong with the flavor but whatever I didn’t make a deal out of that BUT I’ve never come to a Dunkin before where they said “you’ll get less coffee because you asked for less ice” like what?! Just say the cup won’t complete full because there is less ice. NOT LESS COFFEE! I started to get upset because why am I getting less coffee!? But the other worker phrased it differently which duh, makes sense to why the cup won’t be full. There’s less ice. WORDING IS EVERYTHING. lmao AND WHY IS POWDERED DOUGHNUTS ONLY ON WEEKENDS!? Never heard of that. Anywho, don’t recommend this location with the two chicks working. Maybe another crew will be better.

I come here for breakfast most mornings during the week and the staff is incredible. They are so nice, they remember me by name, and they always make sure to say hello to my puppy. I genuinely look forward to my morning runs to this store specifically. My breakfast is always hot and ready when I arrive. I mostly order ahead through the app, but even with the crazy drive thru lines they get them in and out very quickly. I love this location and their staff!

Go to the the one on Rockaway Rd! This store is constantly out of everything, they constantly try to change your order without asking, and always take forever. Horrible!
