My significant other and I dined in today around 11:30/noon and we had a pleasant experience. Clean tables, quick and delightful staff. We unfortunately witnessed a very rude and aggressive customer come inside and cause a scene. This man was SO ugly and mean towards the staff. They reacted to him in the kindest and well tempered way. Keeping a smile on their face and even tone while rushing around the back building orders. shut this location down. no one seems like they want to work at this location. waited 20 mins in the drive through with multiple other cars. no one responded to the drive through microphone. we had to drive up to the 2nd window and still had to wait to be served.
This has to be the absolute worst McDonald’s ever. The drive thru line typically takes 20 minutes and your food is always wrong. The staff is rude
