The absolute Worst McDonalds!!!! Drive-thru takes over 30 minutes and the workers are extremely rude! It’s obvious they do not care about doing a good job or having good customer service! We will NEVER eat here again!

Terrible coffee. Food is hard and old. No service literally. You could be sitting in the drive thru and no one will ever help you like on 9/20/25. Everyone ended up driving away. Doesn't matter the time of day either. Same bad results. Who's running this place?! All theyre doing is keeping the lights on.

Did an online order to pick up through the drive through - sat in the drive thru for 20 min with no movement. Went inside to give my code so they could start on my mobile order b/c I couldn’t keep waiting. Lady was a smartass and said “can’t do it in here, have to do it in drive thru - that’s why it says drive thru” well no shit but how do you expect ppl to wait that long for something they are placing ahead of time. For me to be able to pick up inside I would have had to cancel my order and replace. Needless to say I cancelled all together and won’t be back to this location.

They could start with new management! The staff is not friendly ! No smiles. No thank yous. They all seem to have a bad attitude. They make it very obvious that they hate their job. The restroom smells horrible. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's.
This location is always so terrible! I placed a mobile order and waited 10 mins before anyone greeted me and then asked to park when there is nobody behind me . They had everyone parked in every spot . Then waited another 10-15 mins on an order I placed online. Mind you they were not busy at all. I’d be ok with moving up as long as my food is hot and it NEVER IS! I have to take my food back into this location every time! But honestly it’s McDonalds I shouldn’t expect anything more …

Always have issues with this place. Every time I come their drink machine is out of everything but Sprite, or my order is rung up wrong, or the employees just don’t fulfill it correctly. This morning I ordered a sausage on the side with cheese on it… I got a sausage in a box and a piece of cheese in another box MELTED so it was useless. I got pancakes & sausage, the pancakes look like someone was cutting and eating them and put in my bag and they are rubber. Sometimes people just have bad days, but it seems to be everyday here. Get it together.

Sometimes its good & other times it isn't. Almost always have to pull into a parking place to wait on food even though you're the only person in line. Always have to check the order before leaving to make sure something wasn't left out.
