Hire new people or shut it down this place doesn't work just go to Peachtree City.

I normally don't write reviews but I called to give praises over the phone and no one answered I went to this McDonald's today around 5:30pm with a crying 2yo in the back because he wanted chocolate milk. When I got to the second window I was informed that they were all out. When I informed the young man at the window that it was for my crying baby in the back he turned and asked his co worker did they have more in the back she stated she didn't know and refused to check. The young man at the window then took the time to put regular milk in a cup and add chocolate syrup to it and mix it for me. I didn't get his name but I appreciate him going over and beyond for me and my baby!

Went here right when they started serving lunch. You figured it would be fresh and good but nope, sloppy balled up sandwich. Total garbage. I’m done with this McDonald’s. It really is a blight on an otherwise nice town.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but this location really needs attention. I placed a mobile order and two of the items weren’t available — which was fine — but the attitude I received at the window was not. When I politely asked if they could simply refund the unavailable items, I was told “you’re out of luck” and that I couldn’t get my money back.
When I asked for a manager, everyone’s attitude suddenly changed. I could literally hear them talking about me through the window to the cars ahead of me. When I got to the window, I again politely asked if I needed to come inside for a refund since I used Apple Pay, and they told me there was “nothing they could do” and I had to “call online.”
I ended up filing a complaint with corporate. Corporate called me back and confirmed that the store can issue refunds for mobile orders, even though this location told me the exact opposite. Only after the complaint did the manager suddenly decide he could refund me — but acted like he was doing me a favor, even though I never received the items at all.
On top of that, when they finally handed me the rest of my order, my child’s meal and drink were missing, and I had to go back inside twice.
Overall: rude, unprofessional, inconsistent information, and zero accountability. Corporate was more helpful than the store itself. This location needs serious customer service training.

Employee was rude. Food was cold. Waited 30 mins to even move.
Probably one of the slowest mcdonald's in the world. You feel like you're waiting on a steak dinner.

The absolute Worst McDonalds!!!! Drive-thru takes over 30 minutes and the workers are extremely rude! It’s obvious they do not care about doing a good job or having good customer service! We will NEVER eat here again!

Terrible coffee. Food is hard and old. No service literally. You could be sitting in the drive thru and no one will ever help you like on 9/20/25. Everyone ended up driving away. Doesn't matter the time of day either. Same bad results. Who's running this place?! All theyre doing is keeping the lights on.
