I WAS going to give a two star rating, but the customer service team did a good job at trying to make up for the mistakes. I was delivered a pizza over an HOUR after ordering it. It said it would arrive at 6:19, but it kept getting delayed over and over until it eventually arrived right at 7. I ordered it at 5:50, and the location is only 3 miles away, so I found that CRAZY. That being said, I put in my complaint and was given a free pizza coupon for my next visit. I would have settled for a refund, but free pizza is an upgrade in my opinion.
While the delivery was horrible, the actual pizza itself was great! It wasn’t all that hot anymore, but the flavor was wonderful.
Inconsistent with food. Inconsistent with service. WHERE is the sauce? I feel like I’m eating cheese toast with pepperoni. It’s DRY as cement. I had one the same way a few weeks ago and that’s why I came back! I hadn’t eaten PH in YEARS..I may go back to that!

No one has reached out to me and at this point I'm fruasted and VERY ANNOYED
I wanted a simple refund and pizza hut store and store manager have been dragging there feet.
I'm highly disappointed with the food and the lack of communication and lack of accountability.
I have not received my pizza yet so this may be premature. Craig answered my phone call and he did a fantastic job! I’m from Indianapolis, where there are different options, and he was super patient while explaining the selections that they have available for me out in Georgia. I was confused about some of the options, especially cheese sauce but, he was super helpful in guiding me on what they did have for what I was looking for. Craig went through the whole sales process and as a sales manager I would be glad to have someone like that on my team. Very professional, Craig! I appreciate the service I have had so far and I hope the rest of your team gives me the experience that I just had with you. Thanks!
