Ordered from here twice and the pizza doesn't hold a candle to Matt's or Bucks and service inside is ahhh...so-so. Actually Digorno taste better in full transparency. Hope you guys step up your game or you won't survive this "not so small town" forever.

Have order multiple times with the “will be delivered” in “15-20” or “40-45 minutes”. 2 and a half hours later I get to the store only to be told it just left. Drive the 10 minutes back to the house to arrive before the delivery driver. Go back 10 minutes, while at the store, when told it was just “picked up” the person at the counter just walked away from me without a “sorry, we are behind” or “sorry, we are short staffed”. Nothing! Called at 654pm tonight…currently 830 still waiting on my “15 minute” pizza.

This will be my last order at this location possibly Pizza hut in general. This location consistently prepares pizzas wrong. Ordered a dinner box. One pizza was terribly undercooked, the cheese sticks were grossly overcooked! Called store to be told that the person could not give me a return I would have to wait till the manager returns. Don't bother with this place it's incredibly frustrating.
Ordered my pizza on line. When I arrived I was told they did not take online orders for small pizza. They took my money though. Was told they couldn't refund my card. Had to call the bank and stop payment. If you don't want my business don't take my money.

Nothing good to say. We live less than 7 minutes away and our pizza was over an hour late, brought the wrong drinks, and our bread sticks (if you can call them that were flat and still doughey)Tried to remedy the situation and we got the run around. Sent to a manager the phone rang non-stop and then we were holding with customer service when we tried again. How can a delivery guy actually complain there's too many deliveries? Get more drivers?♀️he actually complained there weren't people ordering pick up. If we wanted to go to pick food up, we wouldn't have picked pizza.

This place should write out IOUs for their God awful service. Order was an hour late, box of bread sticks was crushed, and I was given the wrong drinks.To top it all off, I called to demand a refund and was transfered a line that just rang... really sucks this dumpster fire of a pizza joint is the only one that delivers to my house...Delivery guy did nothing but make excuses...We live 3 miles away...Yall should become pro bono, because people will demand refunds anyway
