This was my 1st time trying Andy’s & I’m extremely disappointed. I ordered a Concrete made with chocolate soft serve add bananas & strawberries. I asked the server if it was like a Blizzard from Dairy Queen, and she said yes. Absolutely not the case.
This looks like a cup of melted mess with strawberries. Waste of $7. I should’ve asked for a refund.
The staff was friendly which is the only reason I gave it 2 stars.
They are supposed to specialize in mix-in… yet… they can never mix the toppings in. It’s always one clump at the top or bottom. Surely we aren’t so lazy that we can’t spend 5 more seconds holding the cup under the mixer..
It is a hit or miss with this place. Some days the staff is great and the ice cream good. The last time I came I had to get my order redone twice because they kept using chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla. it was a simple order with two ingredients, but somehow was messed up multiple times.
I will never go here again!! The spoon that got put in my ice cream he tapped on his leg about 100 times before he put it in my ice cream. I would recommend you take your money elsewhere before someone gets sick from the bacteria on the pants leg of the employee.
Today we ordered the Bootdaddy Concrete via the drive through. We received our order less than one minute after we ordered. As we drove out of the parking lot, we noticed the top layer had the consistency of milk. The custard below the top layer was as soupy as a milkshake. It also had a different taste to it. So either this custard was possibly old or spoiled or someone ordered this type of order didn’t pick it up and it was set aside until someone ordered it. Unfortunately, it was us either way it was not fresh. We have ordered this two times before with no problems whatsoever. It was a waste of time and money
Andy's has the best frozen custard around. Although, I do miss the original key lime concrete. But they haven't let me down. I still can get a great key lime dessert made with key lime syrup.
Great frozen custard every single time I've gone. Definitely a recommendation!
Andy's is a delightful place to go. There's a great selection. All their creations taste good. It's not the best frozen custard I've ever had. But the whole place is bright and inviting and colorful and a great place to hang out with your friends and family to enjoy a delicious dessert.
Consistently inconsistent. They routinely get my drive thru order wrong. Makes no sense as what's given to me isn't even close to the order.
Love the custards when they get it right.
It was good but nothing special.

Taking time to leave a solid review after being fairly disappointed, they made it right. I went for my favorite flavor, cookie butter and husband got the usual Funky Jackhammer. We got home and I had received two of the Funky Jackhammer. Very disappointed I called up and let them know what happened and they said they wrote my name down and the next 2 were on them. 2…maybe 3 weeks later we were back by and mentioned this. Immediately, they asked if I was Sydney and they had the note right there. The customer service stood out and really erased the mistake in my mind. Great custard, although very expensive, a nice treat every now and then. Thanks for making it right, mistakes happen 😊
The Double double custard is like Crack. I am addicted. I shouldn't be having this
It was very good
I visited Andy's for the first time on 8/21. I ordered a waffle cone with vanilla ice cream. The ice cream had a spoiled taste to it and shortly after I was very sick. The young lady at the window was not friendly and I wasn't offered a receipt for my purchase. First and last visit.
The Mint Ice Cream is a must have.
The strawberry brownie milkshake is very addictive.. check them both out.
