If y’all have been sleeping on Cleaver & Cork….wake up! We just made steak I bought from them today, and it was wonderful! Tender and juicy! Got their flavored butter to cook them in also. The staff is super sweet, too. Good place to get meats and sides to cook for a “special occasion” for sure. I wanted to #ShopLocal for our Valentine’s dinner, and was not disappointed. I wanted to snap a picture, but I was too busy eating it 🤪

Everything in the shop is top notch and the guy behind the counter (Mike) was extremely helpful. There’s an assortment of meats that I remember finding on the west coast, and the selection overall is extremely impressive. I will be returning as much as possible!

My husband and I stopped in Saturday and picked up several things(steak, pork chops, venison). I honestly thought I had fallen for some crazy sales pitch but that Ribeye Spinalis we bought was the best steak of my life. So good and tender- we will be back for more!!! Recently purchased a prime rib roast for a dinner party. I was a colossal pain in the butt with 1 million questions. It’s an investment buying a piece of meat like this. They were very patient with me, answered all my questions, and the meal turned out incredibly well. People are still commenting on how good the prime rib was. Thank you for making me look like the hostess with the mostest and tolerating my endless questions!

Hands down the best butcher around. Try the A5 for a dinner party appetizer, you will never look at steak the same. Oh and you have to get some of their flavored butters. So delicious.

Wagyu Flank was perfect for Carne Asada, very tender. Grilled over post oak and mesquite with SPG, great butter flavor!

The meats at Cleaver & Cork are high quality and delicious. Not sure how to cook something or looking for a new recipe? The staff is wonderful at giving recommendations.

High end products with friendly knowledgeable staff. Meats and seafood are all of high quality. The prepackaged sides are outstanding. It is not going to replace the grocery store, but if you need something to make a special meal, this is your place.
