Not once have they ever been consistent with their food or drinks, nor does anyone care to even make an effort. I’d understand the drinks, but each time without fail the sandwich has either been undercooked or burnt. It would take a miracle to fix the various issues with that dunkin’ specifically.

I’ve been to this Dunkin’ a few times before and folks were always kinda rude… but Addy is different! She recommended me things I would have never even thought to try! She was so kind, she even wrote a little note on my coffee cup. Made my whole morning. That girl’s special!

This specific location has the absolute worst customer service. When you sit at the ordering box in the drive through and it takes 5 to 10 minutes for anyone to takes your order or evenacknowledgs you, and then they're rude if you say excuse me. Just go to the Peachtree City Dunkin' Donuts. There is a clear difference in appreciation from the staff.

Today my family and I drove into the drive thru at DD Sharpsburg location and ELLA took our order . The customer service experience that Ella displayed was amazing, she was super friendly and helpful. And she smiled the entire time while she was multitasking both drive thru orders and customers walking in. We will definitely be back Ella 🥰

Ordered 2 French vanilla hot coffees.. got regular weak coffee and a donut that tasted?? Just not like it should.. the people were great.. just must have been a bad day.. but i was looking forward to it..had a 4 hour drive ahead of us.

I’ve gone twice now and it looks like the store is under new management. The quality of service is night and day. It may take time to know for sure if the quality is consistent, but I recommend you give this location another chance.

Terrible Terrible Terrible! This Dunkin used to be my favorite but now it’s just awful. I have gone two days in a row and it has been disgusting both times. My coffee has been a 1/10 at best. It is disorganized and chaotic. The employees are rude and lazy. I understand having one bad day but this is not a first. I get an iced coffee with caramel syrup, cream and sugar, not a hard order what so ever. Yet the employees have failed to make it even drinkable. The most recent incident, my coffee was watery and tasted like melted ice cream. There was no coffee in it at all. It was the color of milk. I don’t understand how you could fail so miserably at a simple drink that you were trained for. DO NOT go to this Dunkin if you want a drinkable coffee. It is 0 stars! Absolutely ridiculous.
