This dunkin' donuts is god-awful. This place never gets your order right, and their coffee is always sour tasting no matter the combination. 9 out of 10 times the employees are rude, and you can just tell that they hate life and hate their job. I've gone to this place four times, and it's been awful every time. Will not be going back do not recommend this location

This has been the closest location to me for between 5-10 years now and my family and I have seen it through all the ups and downs, honestly I was not hopeful for the future of this location as the workers always seemed stressed and the place seemed to be poorly managed- but last week I decided to give it another go (instead of driving 20mins to the next closest like I so often do) and I was surprised to see signs noting that it is under new management! Over the last month I’ve seen a lot of improvement, I only come through the drive through but the workers seem more friendly, work quickly and often with enthusiasm, and my order has yet to me messed up, overall I’m very happy action was taken to reorganize this location (four stars only because of the past experiences -not quite there to recommend to friends but optimistic none the less)

Breakfast sandwich was served with eggs that were cold, refrigerator cold, at the center of the sandwich. Coffee is always good. I'll just stick with that from now on. Can't go wrong with the donuts here either.

How does this management team have one poor girl here alone on a Sunday in the middle of the day doing the register, drive through, BR all by herself? Atrocious. The girl was doing the best she can, management should be ashamed of themselves.

I try not to use this location but when I do my food is either wrong or cold. Today was another day of a cold sandwich. Even the egg. This was my last time here. I try calling but number doesn’t work
This is absolutely ridiculous. This is supposed to be cream filled. The service is slow and they can't get the order correct the first time.

Not once have they ever been consistent with their food or drinks, nor does anyone care to even make an effort. I’d understand the drinks, but each time without fail the sandwich has either been undercooked or burnt. It would take a miracle to fix the various issues with that dunkin’ specifically.

I’ve been to this Dunkin’ a few times before and folks were always kinda rude… but Addy is different! She recommended me things I would have never even thought to try! She was so kind, she even wrote a little note on my coffee cup. Made my whole morning. That girl’s special!

This specific location has the absolute worst customer service. When you sit at the ordering box in the drive through and it takes 5 to 10 minutes for anyone to takes your order or evenacknowledgs you, and then they're rude if you say excuse me. Just go to the Peachtree City Dunkin' Donuts. There is a clear difference in appreciation from the staff.
