THE WORST DUNKIN!! They never get the orders right! My sandwiches are ALWAYS burnt. The coffee tastes of three days old. And god forbid you order a coffee other than a regular with cream… they WILL NOT MAKE IT RIGHT!! SLOW DOWN… READ THE ORDERS!!

I give this Dunkin 5 stars..McKenzie made sure donut I picked had no nuts..I cant eat nuts..she beautifully made my coffee.. it looked almost too pretty to drink!! Along with a great smile and personality..love this Dunkin!

I had a wonderful experience at the Dunkin’ Donuts in Sharpsburg thanks to Cato. She truly went above and beyond to help fix an issue and make sure everything was handled perfectly. Her kindness, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed. Customer service like hers makes a big difference, and she turned my visit into a great experience. There are many coffee shops in Metro Atlanta, but all does not have the same level of consistent coffee quality and customer service. However, since I stumbled on this hidden gem, I’ve been a regular customer due to the consistency of the coffee quality but most importantly the highest level of customer service you will ever find, thanks to the barista’s Kato, Mckenzie, Jaden and Salem. Those guys are awesome!

The only thing they’re consistent with is being mediocre. Always forgetting items in the order or refusing the check the mobile order ticket to see what items are needed/what type of donut is ordered. If I wanted to place an order at the box or window, I would but I don’t which is why I do a mobile order but at this location, it defeats the purpose completely because they’re so incompetent.

Ordered a dozen donut on the app. The store said they didn't have a dozen donuts to sell at 3:45 PM. I had already prepaid on the app for pick up, and they asked me to contact corporate for a refund. I reached out to corporate after waiting 1 hour on the phone for the refund and they told me to wait on the store to call me. It has been 10 days and still no movement on getting a refund. It seems like the manager knows most people would not keep following up with a refund. Do not come here.

This place never gets your order right, and their coffee is always sour tasting no matter the combination. 9 out of 10 times the employees are rude, and you can just tell that they hate life and hate their job. I've gone to this place four times, and it's been awful every time. Will not be going back do not recommend this location

This has been the closest location to me for between 5-10 years now and my family and I have seen it through all the ups and downs, honestly I was not hopeful for the future of this location as the workers always seemed stressed and the place seemed to be poorly managed- but last week I decided to give it another go (instead of driving 20mins to the next closest like I so often do) and I was surprised to see signs noting that it is under new management! Over the last month I’ve seen a lot of improvement, I only come through the drive through but the workers seem more friendly, work quickly and often with enthusiasm, and my order has yet to me messed up, overall I’m very happy action was taken to reorganize this location (four stars only because of the past experiences -not quite there to recommend to friends but optimistic none the less)
