Take out process needs work. Empty front counter, but a line out the door near to-go. The front counter should be able to ring up orders for “here or to-go.” It’s faster to “dine in” and just box it yourself once it hits the table . Makes no sense..

Both a Carolina pulled pork girl & a Texas Brisket guy found the food here lacking. No flavor on the pork unless you drown it in sauce & absolutely no smoke on the brisket. Guess we will still be doing this at home with our secret seasonings. We went the specifically because we heard they had upped their game. And sugar in cornbread - never!

I just received the best customer service! I placed a call in order and my friend picked it up but when she arrived, one of the item was incorrect. I spoke to one of the managers, Steve, and he apologized for the mix-up and offered to send someone out to bring the correct item which I thought was very very kind of him and once the other manager, Vanessa got here she apologized again and had extra items in the bag for my inconvenience and I thought that was really nice of them so once again, kudos for great customer service .
