How is this a KFC restaurant but ou all don't have any chicken available. I was told at the window they have no chicken and I would have to wait 45 minutes. I am currently asking myself is this real.

We never got to order. We kept waiting inside, for over 10 min. One cook said that someone would be right with us because she couldn't run the register. She then told the drive thru guy to take the order. He just looked at her ND then walked into the back of the kitchen. There were no other customers inside.

I waited in the drive threw for almost 20 min then when I get to the window they tell me they have not chicken for the chicken sandwich then sais what do I want to do really I’m done this is happen way to much at this

Pretty slow service I meant it took 10 minutes just to order something. plus the people working they shift ( 10-07-23 12:pm) more slowly than a snail on molasses. advice for the manager on turn. if you don't have the people to run your shift. close your store or find more people to work. customers time is very valuable.

Ordered via drive-through. 1 truck ahead of me and we both had to wait to order at box. Pulled around to pay and was told to pull into a parking space (same as the guy in the truck in front of me did) and she will bring my food out to me. I asked for a receipt and she stated she had to hold on to it until she brought out my food. I waited another 10 minutes for my food (8 wings and a Pot Pie). There were 5 sporks in the bag, NO napkins and NO receipt! Not to mention this location does not give Military discounts! SMH! The "new" wings were okay, but are not as tasty compared to the old style hot wings. I guess the new ones are a healthier choice - but at least they were not spicy as the title on menu suggests.

Heard the new chicken nuggets were good so gave them a try. They are awful and tasted like they had been cooked the day before. Wife's 2 piece meal chicken was super dry and old too. This location is trash.

The manager that was on duty was completely rude she told me all my food was in the bag when I questioned her about it politely and in fact I was missing three items to my complete meal she was not only rude to me but also completely rude to the lady working in drive-thru I felt bad for her I actually told her not to let her manager ruin her day and that she was doing a great job The chicken fingers were cold and very small not to mention they were rubbery because I believe they were reheated...... Will not ever return!!!!

Went through the drive through to order a 2 piece meal. And they tried to charge me $16. I figured it was a mistake so I pulled over to park and went inside and the manager was rude with me saying say, yeah, that must be you who just drove through the drive through and didn't say nothing and went in parked and come inside know well. I guess you're middle school. Diploma is working double time right now. Any other KFC I go to and I try to order the same thing. They don't charge any outrageous up charge for a 2 piece meal. I guess at the Sharpsburg. KFC, the managers like to make up their own prices to lie in their own pockets.

So dirty tables, bathrooms I didn't even use. Drive thru not working. Was not going to trust the food quality
Their recipe has definitely changed over the years...the original chicken tastes like its fried with honey in the batter or the oil. This might be why their parking lots are ALWAYS empty. Bring back the old school recipes!!!! The drive thru service was nice. I used to eat kFC all the time in the 80s 90s and early 2000s. The taste is definitely NOT the same...

Ordered on the app and proceeded to the restaurant. The lobby was closed and a sign directed me to the drive thru. The speaker was broken and a hand written sign said to go to the pickup window. Waited in line for over 40 minutes. AVOID IF AT ALL POSSIBLE!!!!

I drove out of my way for 20 minutes trying to get my mom and Aunt Dinner from here repeated the order 5 times to the manager and the cashier taking the order I get to Atlanta / Downtown Atlanta and the orders are wrong completely wrong. My bill was over 25 $ now what are we supposed to do with the Chicken and no sides for seniors.Where is the the owners of this establishment this isn't cool at all. My mom & Aunt deserve the dinner i paid for.

Horrible experience almost every time I used to do food delivery with door dash. Now with their new satanic promotion, I won't even consider them regardless of which location I'm near. Bojangles will get my business in Newnan.
