Ordered via drive-through. 1 truck ahead of me and we both had to wait to order at box. Pulled around to pay and was told to pull into a parking space (same as the guy in the truck in front of me did) and she will bring my food out to me. I asked for a receipt and she stated she had to hold on to it until she brought out my food. I waited another 10 minutes for my food (8 wings and a Pot Pie). There were 5 sporks in the bag, NO napkins and NO receipt! Not to mention this location...

Their recipe has definitely changed over the years...the original chicken tastes like its fried with honey in the batter or the oil. This might be why their parking lots are ALWAYS empty. Bring back the old school recipes!!!! The drive thru service was nice. I used to eat kFC all the time in the 80s 90s and early 2000s. The taste is definitely NOT the same...

We went there for dinner tonight, and I was so impressed with how hard-working and courteous the employees were. They were quick to help us if we needed sauces, etc. There were one or two customers who were loudly angry with orders taking a while to get, but the employee at the register remained calmly professional explaining the delay and apologizing for the inconvenience. The food tasted wonderful, and the dine-in area was clean.
