Our Server was Kim was Great. I ordered the pecan waffle and it was so good!!! It was cooked perfect. My bacon was too. My sister ordered a Tbone. The steak wasn't seasoned either. At the location in Union city its always seasoned without asking. The steak was overcooked. Her eggs were overcooked as well. She wanted them over easy. After telling the server she quickly got her a new order of eggs. I wouldn't rush back to this location but if you're in the area swing by.

I love Waffle House and have made great memories there through the years. Food is consistently good, employees are consistently welcoming and kind. My go to order is cheese scrambled eggs, bacon, grits, and raisin toast. Coffee is always hot and fresh, and breakfast is always served. Try the cheese steak omelet. You won't be disappointed!

Normally my family's experience is very positive, but today the restaurant was packed. However today was different, a white family walked in after two brown families and were allowed to skip the line and be seated right away. I am concerned and confused by this, because at one point they were taking names. I asked if they were still taking names, I was told I will keep am eye for you. However clearly this isn't factual because the family that walked in behind me was allowed to be seated with questions asked.

Ceajae's service was Great. She has good customer service and did her best to accommodate for the lack of food quality. In my opinion, the waffle irons need replacing. They cook the outside too fast while leaving the inside raw. Several, several attempts to get a done waffle didn't work. The sausage also came out raw. The whole meal wasn't good. We were given a coupon for a free waffle, at this location, but won't be able to use it. Great service, horrible food experience.

This Sharpsburg location is conveniently located off the highway. Has plenty of parking. Right across from a Sam's Club, Floor & Decor and Costco. You can tell they get some repeat customers because a few people came in and the servers knew their order without even asking...too cute.So we all know when we're speaking of Waffle House, we're not speaking of gourmet delicacies...so if or when I review one, it's because they're a standout or out of the norm what a typical Waffle House would be...such as:*No wait time*Everything cooked well (nothing underdone or burnt)*Clean silverware, plates, and cups*Clean floors (not sticky, dirty or greasy)*Clean bathroomsAlso special shout out to our server JAKE. His overall demeanor and customer service was exceptionally excellent.

If your going to go to a Waffle House I would go to the Newnan Waffle House across from Walmart, DEFINITELY NOT THIS ONE, ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT.........me and my boyfriend used to be regulars at this Waffle House but the quality of the food and service have been slowly declining......we occasionally have a good server like Tina, but there are some servers that just aren't very nice and that mess around rather than working because they are young and distracted by their phones.......today we went in after work around 10-10:30, I think our servers name was Ariana, she's younger with dark hair......initially we had pretty good service, but my boyfriend was given a sticky glass that was sticking to the table and had sticky stuff all on the rim of the cup...... when we received the food, after two bites into my burger I had a curly man's hair in my mouth from the cooks beard......as a normal customer would do, I complained that I had a hair in my food and told my server, she then proceeded to say to me, "what do you want me to do about it"......of course I didn't know what to say to that cause it was incredible rude, so I said I don't know, she asked me if I wanted another one (still very rudely) but of course I said no cause I lost my appetite completely ......she the walked off and gave me a slight discount on my food rather than taking it off the bill even tho I completely stopped eating my food...... this is not the first time we have received bad service from her, mainly because she completely forgot to take our order last time, even tho two other couples came in and got their orders taken immediately and their food, we waited till the other couples were done eating to see if she would come over but she never did, we then decided to leave after only getting drinks, he only response was "y'all could have told me" (to me, an experienced server, this shows a lack of training because of the way she confronts issues her customers have)......Im not generally one to complain about small issues with my food or the service I receive because I know as a restaurant employee how incredibly annoying bad reviews are, but this is not the first time I've had hair in my food at this establishment, specifically from the cooks beard that was working tonight.......I hope that in the future the cooks will wear hair nets, especially if they have really long hair or beards, and I hope to see better trained employees like Tina in the future because we always receive good service from her and we never receive bad service when she is our server

Went at 5 am. I work the night shift for amazon. This waffle house had a cook standing out front telling people their closed. The nearest other had another dude standing out front saying he thinks their open he don't know.
