Horrible customer service will not be returning drive-through lady was very rude. Shoved my food in my face and said “what do you want on your burger” very unpleasant. Called to let Manager know she seems like she’s enforcing it didn’t give a damn

Today, on friday, Sept 11, I've noticed that a new manager or employee, a black woman, seems unfriendly towards deaf people like me when I try to my order at the drive-thru window but she refuse take my order without pay yet. However, I haven't had any issues with other coworker nor manager being rude or distracting in the past months It's essential to remember that the ADA law protects the civil rights of deaf people, including the right to use drive thru services for the fair for them. However she said we have gotten on times from other hearing folks drive in the line through drive you can not cut me freelace the other cars. You are caution to knowledge the ADA law rights you have no place to tell me n the hearing imparied to pull up without order with the write note as needed.

No communication at all! I said hey how you doing at both windows… no answer at all. I Asked for a Honey mustard they didn’t put it in the bag. They just take ur card/ give you the food. Very Unprofessional !

We decided to have lunch here and stopped and went inside. The register at the counter was closed so we had to use a kiosk to order our food. There are two kiosks but only one was working. We had to wait for a large group to finish ahead of us. Getting the food was very slow. Priority is definitely given to the drive-thru and you will wait until there's a lag in the Drive-Thru before you get your food inside. The drink machine was mostly out of drinks and there were only a few choices available. I don't know if they're only serving certain ones now or the machine just hasn't been maintained.

Only got frosty's and they got the order wrong. We asked nicely to have a simple vanilla frosty instead of a chocolate one. Cashier didn't say oh I'll get you another one, just turned her back to us and walked away with an attitude. My husband gave her the incorrect frosty back and she made another t one we originally ordered. Rude, and they only fill the frostys half way btw.

Waited 15 minutes at drive thru waiting to Gove my order in the rain. Area is not covered so unless you keep your window rolled up you get soaked. Finally got to the window to get my food and sat again for another 10 minutes. Finally got my food and as I always do before I drive off checked my order. Good thing too because I was short 2 fries. So now they make me pull into one of the parking places waiting for more fries. Meanwhile my underfilled frosty is quickly turning into soup. Get my fries and Finally on my way home with hot fries and cold everything else frosty completely ruined.

The worst Wendy’s in town go to CROSSTOWN !!! Don’t eat here it’s a family affair in that place and Everybody has no sense of humour every time I come here my food is cold last visit it was a Nat in my strawberry sundae the worst customer service like are these ppl being hired by someone they know because this is ridiculous.
Get some real management in that place
