Waited 15 minutes at drive thru waiting to Gove my order in the rain. Area is not covered so unless you keep your window rolled up you get soaked. Finally got to the window to get my food and sat again for another 10 minutes. Finally got my food and as I always do before I drive off checked my order. Good thing too because I was short 2 fries. So now they make me pull into one of the parking places waiting for more fries. Meanwhile my underfilled frosty is quickly turning into soup. Get my fries and Finally on my way home with hot fries and cold everything else frosty completely ruined.

The worst Wendy’s in town go to CROSSTOWN !!! Don’t eat here it’s a family affair in that place and Everybody has no sense of humour every time I come here my food is cold last visit it was a Nat in my strawberry sundae the worst customer service like are these ppl being hired by someone they know because this is ridiculous. Get some real management in that place Make Peachtree city Wendy’s Great Again.

My wife picked up dinner here last night at about 6pm. The place was not crowded, and she still had to park before she could get the food. When the food was brought out, there were multiple errors, and a whole kid's meal was missing. AVOID IF AT ALL POSSIBLE. There are plenty of other options roughly 5 minutes in either direction on 54.

I rarely eat out. If I do, I prefer this Wendy's location. I usually enjoy this Wendy's; however, today, the food was not good at all. The service was great as usual, though. Today, I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo made fresh. The chicken tasted bland and had the texture of rubber. It was very tough and unchewable. The chicken sandwich would not even cut a part. I threw it away. It is definitely not chicken breast or even real meat. I wish that would be mentioned or advertised.

This Wendy’s is incredibly slow compared to the other one in the area. They also always get my order wrong so we have to spend additional time in the drive thru checking our bag before we leave because it happens every time. The staff there is also not the friendliest with the exception of one guy who is usually very helpful. I try to avoid this location whenever possible simply because it takes forever!

Placed a mobile order through the drive thru. They didn't know what drink i had and I had to go to the mobile parking spot. They seemed to forget about me and I stood outside for 10 minutes because the door was locked waiting for my food. Had to grab my food through the drive thru window because they didn't feel like coming to the door.

Arrived just prior to 2:00pm. All doors locked. People inside at a table. Knocked, no answer even though eye contact was made by an employee rushing back in after delivering an order.

Abandoned by Employees? Ordered food, paid and told to wait. sat for 30 minutes couldn't get inside (locked) figured employees abandoned their jobs. Need to hire competent reliable people
While the food was great, I love Wendy’s. The inside was not. They just have paper signs on the register to say to go to the very back to use the kiosk to order you food, they could have a better system for that. And the employees seemed a little rude when I asked for my drink cup they forgot to hand me.

Pulled through the drive thru about an hour and a half before close. We almost thought they were closed due to a lot of lights being shut off. Ordered my food while only getting mumbled, one word responses. The nuggets were kinda warm. But, the burger was so cold that the cheese didn't even melt a little around the edges in the time it took to get home. It's still just a perfectly square piece of cheese. It tasted and felt like it'd been sitting out for a while. I ordered it with just cheese/ketchup, and they couldn't even be bothered to put the ketchup on.

No drink carriers on my last two visits. Asked for Ketchup, and got 2 packets for 3 orders of fries. Asked for more and they added 1 packet with a serious dose of attitude. Time to find a new location.

My husband ordered a grilled chicken wrap and there were hard fried chicken nugget bits in it. The tortilla was a huge tortilla with very small bits of chicken and lettuce and cheese in it! I had the junior bacon cheeseburger ketchup only and the burger wasn't even cooked all the way. I probably will not visit this Wendy's again!

Stopped by since I read an article that said the Baconator was a healthy and tasteful choice. Got there too early, 3 mins, so breakfast was being served. Burrito and some apples Rt, be healthy, had to laugh, the burrito is huge and full, the apples (healthy) was. It what I expected, see photo. I’ll just bring an apple from home.
