I love the food and service here. I eat here often. I only rated 3 stars simply because they haven't updated the wing flavors on doordash to match what they offer in the store, for example, the honey garlic flavor is not on doordaah. When I asked about updating it, I was told to pick any flavor and put a note in the comments to change it to the flavor I wanted on the doordash app. That seems very unnecessary when the update on doordash would probably take less than 10 minutes. When I asked to speak to the owner, I was told I would just have to catch him when he just happens to be there. I was a little disappointed in that answer. At least call them or take a message and relay to the owner. Putting a note in the comments could be missed.

Food is always good but the service sucks. They called out my order and I didnât hear it so they let it sit instead of just saying something to me. I was right in front of them and they just chose to lee see t it get cold I even asked why they didnât just say and they shrugged their shoulders

Iâve never been to an establishment where the employee cursed out the customer. The employee named Jacqueline needs to be fired! To insult a A paying customer by cursing in response to asking a question. She was very rude and disrespectful. Management needs to handle their employees in a way so that they understand the purpose of CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is a disgraceful establishment viewers be warned.

The taste of the food was great. It was cooked to order, the prices were reasonable, the staff was nice and the inside was very clean including the restroom. I just would like for the size of the wings to be a bit bigger.
I stopped in today to buy my crew some lunch and couldnât believe how filthy this establishment was. What looked like vomit was under one table and trash on the floors. On top of that it smelled like a cow farm!

My food is always cooked fresh, but today they dropped the ball. They gave me old wings which were over cooked and almost burnt. The fries wasnât fresh and it look like they where cooked in old grease. The cooks are always are staring and looking at you like theyâre crazy instead of cooking which is insane! The cooks be deliberately messing up customers orders! The restaurant is always dirty with food, and trash all over the tables/floors. Plus, everything is too expensive and they charge for every single thing. I will never patronize this location again.

I had a terrible experience at this American Deli location AGAIN. From the start, the staff made it clear that customer service is not a priority. I politely asked for all drums with my wing order â a pretty standard request â and was told they âcouldnât do it.â Fine. But then they gave me 8 flats, completely ignoring what I asked for, and when I tried to get it fixed or request a refund, I was given nothing but attitude and resistance.
The wings themselves? Bigger than usual, which would be a good thing if they werenât absolutely drenched and swimming in sauce. Thereâs no option to season your food how you like it, they do it all for you, and not in a good way.
Bottom line: this place doesnât care about getting your order right, making things right, or treating customers with respect. Save yourself the headache and skip this location. There are better American Delis that actually value your business.
