I went to try the new steak bites after seeing the commercial several times, but I was not impressed. I felt like they were overcooked and didn't have a good flavor. I had to dip them in something to finish them(luckily I had a sauce in my car from my previous day's lunch), because I didn't want to waste my money. The customer service was great & the atmosphere was nice.

The Highlights Mac & Cheese (in the Steak Bowl): This was a surprising standout! The Mac & Cheese was genuinely flavored, which is something I never expect from a fast-food place. It was highly enjoyable.
Fried Turkey Club Sandwich and Fries: The overall impression of these items was that they were very flavorful.
Area for Improvement Steak Bites (in the Steak Bowl): While the steak itself was surprisingly tender and not tough, the flavor was slightly off. It tasted too much like beef jerky instead of fresh steak.
Overall Impression The meal was very flavorful overall, with the Mac & Cheese being a highlight that pleasantly surprised me. The only real critique was the flavor of the steak bites in the bowl.

Food prices are ridiculous for a fast food restaurant. We only go here if we’re starved because it costs so much. The food is good, the service is friendly and the restaurant has been recently redone. It’s just a shame we won’t go more often because the prices are off the chart.
They’re going to put themselves out of business due to the prices.

The food can be as good as it wants, but maybe do some quality control on customer-facing information? Your own website will list a store's everyday hours as only going until midnight, but then right above it tell you that it's open until 1am. How much AI slop is getting thrown around behind the scenes?

Very nice restaurant with all kinds of views and seating nice staff clean tables and so many places to sit. No problems finding a place to park or sit and eat. Very nice restaurant highly recommend. Hope you like it highly recommend the mozzarella sticks🧀. Not to expensive and kid friendly and wheelchair accessible.

I lost $48.00 with food delivery from this horrible Arby’s. Food delivered by Uber Eats and bag had clearly been tampered with; the seals were wet, broken and bag torn. The food inside bag was cold. Clearly me and my family weren’t going to eat the food inside this torn apart bag. Uber Eats said they’d investigate. Pics were sent over to them Not resolved and I’m not happy about Uber Eats lack of response. I have lost so much money with food deliveries. It’s time to stop ordering through delivery services. Shame on Arby’s and Uber Eats for taking my money. These delivery people who steal food and tamper with the bags should be arrested for theft by taking and criminal intent to harm; something!
