Got here for weekend breakfast. Loved the Decaf latte. Nice and hot. Barista was extremely patient while I was making up my mind on my order. Florentine eggs with roasted potatoes and multigrain toast was sumptuous. They used a special seasoning that truly appealed to my tastebuds. Apparently they make the breads here. Clean restrooms. Lot of open seating available. No wait time. Parking spaces available as well.

Had quick lunch, food and service were great! This place is a regular for our daughter who is vegan. We had tuna salad and French toast, both were delicious. Table service was fantastic, super nice. Definitely recommend and will visit again next chance.

First time at this restaurant, and what a delight! I had ordered through the website and made sure to put down my dairy allergy, but accidentally ordered my sandwich not knowing the dill sauce had sour cream on it. I took it back and the staff was SO nice about it and remade the sandwich immediately. They were so kind and fast! Will definitely be going there again!Vegetarian options: You can order all the vegetarian options without dairy which is amazing for vegans!!!Dietary restrictions: Dairy allergy and meat free

First time at the Smyrna location and found the restaurant to be very welcoming. The dining room, conference room and bathroom were clean. Staff members were polite and friendly, in fact, they went of their way to make the experience a pleasant one. I must extend much appreciation to a special team member Enrique for his kindness.

Customer service was adequate, not great, but acceptable. The reason why I’m giving this Panera location a low rating is because of the food I was given. It was loaded with preserved chopped tomatoes and there was no taste to it. The only good thing out of everything we ordered was the coffee. ?

Though I used to love the food selection and the quality of the food this is now the third time I have came at least 30 minutes prior to close and been told that the kitchen has already closed and they have a very limited selection of items that you can order. Tonight I arrived at 7:20 PM and they are signs everywhere saying they close at 8 PM and the staff was clear that they close at 8 PM but they could not prepare many things for to go orders. I understand it is rude to arrive at a sit down restaurant and expect to order food and eat it there when the restaurant is going to close in 10 or 20 minutes but when you're going to a glorified deli and getting a to go order 40 minutes before they close and have difficulty doing so I believe that is a problem. it seems that the goal of the staff is to have the lights out and doors locked well before closing time so they can go home early.

Typical sandwich shop with a variety of soups and sandwiches that are all pretty good. The online order pickup in this location is to the back of the store and guarded by an employee who verifies orders before releasing them. This is a great step that more restaurants should implement. Service overall was friendly and helpful.

This location had a cozy seating and cute festive decorations. The service was friendly and fast at delivering hot and tasty food . The caprese and twice baked potatoe soup is a good combo !
