This place is special y'all. The vibe is friendly and cool, and whatever you order, you are going to leave saying it was the best you've ever had. French toast, cornbread muffins, fish and grits... You cannot go wrong here. Bring your friends and support this hidden gem.
Food was 10/10. I love the option for indoor and patio seating. The biggest miss was the service. While the servers were friendly, they weren't attentive. Im not sure if it was due to the weekend crowd or what but it was definitely a miss. With gratuity being included, excellent customer service is a must. The host was very attentive. Checking on the tables often, making sure we had everything needed, and grabbing the servers if we needed anything.
Great place for soul food that is pork free! The oysters are so good too. I ordered the turkey wing with collards and yams and it did not disappoint! Wasn’t my first visit and it won’t be my last. It was nice to see the owner in the house and I appreciated his attention to service and to the dishes he served. The lavender Kool-aid is a 10/10. Don’t sleep on Auntie’s!
