Bad Daddys Burger Bar

Sat there for 15 mins and was not even acknowledged by anyone, no sever even showed up, so went to leave and manager acted like we were the problem, was not happy at all with the place, wont be going there again, ever

Just sat at the table for 10 minutes. Not even a hint of our waiter. 😂 manager could have cared less. She wouldn’t tell me the servers name so I couldn’t address her directly in this review.

Slow service, really noisy, would not recommend, glad I don't live in this area. We have finally been served, 45 minutes.

I really wanted to love this place. I didn't. Went for lunch. The best part of the experience was Tink our server She was very attentive, friendly and pleasant. The food was ok for the prices. But just that "ok." Honestly I could have gone to Chik fil A, spent less money and enjoyed the food way more. Also the restroom was absolutely horrible. One stall was out of order and the entire restroom was just dated and dirty. My family went over to Newks to use their restroom.

Having my first dining experience in Atlanta at Bad Daddy's Burger Bar was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was inviting. I decided to try the bacon burger with a side of their nicely cut fries, and it was foolishly delicious! The burger was cooked to perfection, with crispy bacon adding a wonderful smoky flavor. The fries were also a standout – perfectly seasoned and with a great texture. It was a memorable meal and a fantastic introduction to the Atlanta food scene.

This was our first visit and last. The service was horrible and the waitress seemed as if we were a bother to her.Imagin ordering a kids burger well done only to find that the burger is raw on the inside but most of it was consumed. We waited well over 30 min just to place our order. We asked to be seating in another section but we're told we couldn't move(odd). I still tipped the waitress although she didn't deserve it and definitely did not earn it. The burger, fried pickles and beer battered onion rings were delicious. I would not recommend this location to visitors.

Honestly not the best Bad Daddy’s experience I’ve had. Burger left something to be wanted. Service was fast though.

We visited on Sunday, February 24, 2025.

Ambience- Your typical burger spot. Pretty small inside/downstairs. We did not go upstairs.

Arrival- The hostesses seemed shy and timid. She may have been new. But for the 5 of us it was about a 15-20 minute wait. We sat at the bar while we waited for our table.

Table- The booth we sat in had an odd smell. Nothing crazy, but odd. The menus were dirty. I personally find it unsanitary and gross.

Service- Our server was Tink. She was very friendly and attentive. I didn't like that our appetizers were brought out at the same time as our food. Well, the food for two of us came out and the manager said she will wait until we had some of our appetizers before bringing out the others. I get why she thought that was a good idea, but it wasn't. I told Tink to just go ahead and bringing out the rest.

Food- I had the Classic Smash burger, others at my table had the Bacon Cheeseburger, Mushroom Burger and two Philly's. All were very good!

I will say, I wish they served drinks in glasses. The oversized, plastic coca-cola cups always look over used. But this is my own personal preference.

But it is a cool spot, food was good. We will return.

None of the entrees come with a side anymore. Odd and kinda BS really. $13 or something for chicken tenders and you’re not giving fries with it??? Lol, super out of touch in an age where restaurants are wondering why less and less people go out to eat..

I typically don’t leave reviews unless the service is either exceptional or terrible. I’ve been a regular at this Bad Daddy’s for years and have always had great experiences, but this past Saturday night was a major disappointment.

We were seated and greeted by our waitress, Courtney, and from the moment she introduced herself, her demeanor was off-putting. As someone who’s managed in the food industry, I tried to be understanding, especially since it was a busy night. Unfortunately, the service never improved. Busy nights are tough, but they also present the best opportunity for good tips—something Courtney didn’t seem to take advantage of.

Despite her attitude, I was with my mother and we were still planning to tip her. However, when we paid, we were shocked to see we were double-charged. Our bill was $66, but we were charged $130, and when confronted with the issue we were then charged another $66, totaling $196. Excuse my language but how the hell do you make a mistake like this… When we confronted the issue, we were assured it would be corrected, but two days later, the money still hasn’t been refunded.

To make matters worse, Courtney didn’t seem apologetic for the mistake. Glad to know playing with people’s hard earned money wasn’t valued this night

Abi was amazing this evening. Conversational and respectful as well as efficient. Beer is cold. And food is hot. Great visit.
