First off, I’m already frustrated that I have to talk to an AI robot just to place my order — and it rarely gets my order right. Today I tried to order chicken for breakfast, and the robot told me it couldn’t take that order because chicken is only a lunch item. However, when I got to the window, I could clearly see they had chicken available.
I explained to the employee what I wanted, and instead of simply fixing the order, the manager spoke to me in a rude and condescending tone. He told me he wouldn’t change it and that I needed to turn around and get back in the drive-thru line — even though the issue was caused by their automated system, not me.
This was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. I come to Bojangles for good food and southern hospitality, not to be disrespected by staff or have to argue with a robot to get basic service. Please do better.

Food is amazing! But, Everytime I come here I always have to double check my food. My breakfast sandwich won't have eggs on it alot, always something wrong and or missing.

Went in to get some biscuits and a country ham biscuit. Cashier was nice she did state this was just her 4th day working. I saw a menu for seniors asked if they give a discount I have my ID she did not know how to do it so she asked her manager who seemed to have attitude and she was like we don’t have a senior discount. I was ok with that. The young lady failed to give my 36 cent change and again she asked the manager to open the drawer to give me my change she said in a nasty voice that she don’t have a key so the girl would have to ring something to get the drawer open. You could tell the young lady did not know what to do and she was apologetic I told her don’t worry but the manager still refused to come help her. I will not return to this bojangles ever again. I did not get the manager name but she need to go back to class. Who ever is working the 6pm shift on 10/29/25 at the Smyrna location off south Cobb next to the BP gas station don’t go there.
They were supposed to close at 10pm and when I arrived at 9:08pm after checking the website before driving there on Friday, 10/18 their workers were all sitting around and told me they had already closed for the evening. Lights were still on and doors unlocked. Bad customer service.
