I am extremely frustrated with Bojangles on S. Cobb. The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because the chicken was fresh. I was told the chicken was being cooked fresh and I would have to wait 8-12 minutes. I ordered 1 meal (A breast, a wing, fries, and dirty rice with the two peach cobblers . I waited and waited. It took them 30 minutes, customers that were after me got food before me, I was told oh and online order came in. I had to ask for a drink or something for my inconvenience and the guy acted like he needed to think about before he said yes. The lady at the window was nice and gave us 3 drinks because it was 3 of us in the car ….the tea was gross and Pepsi was flat. I finally got home excited to eat to find I don’t have my sides (fries and dirty rice), I have 3 peach cobblers. If it’s not the Franklin Gateway location in Atlanta, I’m not going. Worse experience. I really wanted the sides more than chicken. I tried to call and the number listed doesn’t work. It’s 3 of y’all and it was 4 cars in 30 minutes. Get it together folks.

We live close to this location and in years past have gone here 3 to 4 times a week. It deteriorated and we pretty much quit going. I decided to try again today after a long pause. Got breakfast and let me say the AI ordering system is incredibly annoying, constantly suggesting items on the menu to the point that it’s difficult to order. It’s actually very accurate with the order but waste time with all the suggestions. Your attempt at upselling is costing you a customer in this case and I’m sure I’m not alone in this thinking. Today the food was bad and the employee I dealt with just wanted to be somewhere else, and I can’t blame her. Don’t waste your time by going here, just not worth it!

Bojangles is the #1 fried chicken restaurant to me. My chicken sandwich was crsipy, juicy, and full of flavor. The tenders are always amazing and I loved the season fries.They have the best biscuits hands down .

No stars would be the most sufficient amount of stars. The food I order at 9:27am was awful for $9. The biscuit was hard as a rock, burnt and dry. I’m sure it was from the night before. I tried to break the biscuit in half and could not. The chicken looked old and ugly, and none of it was hot. Not even warm. I’m not sure how this is acceptable. I tried calling as I stopped on my way to a 10:00am class. No answer. They didn’t provide a receipt either. The food was complete trash. So that’s where I was going to throw it but a homeless man said he wanted it instead. When he saw the quality he understood why I was throwing away food in this economy. He shook his head in shame as he tried to bite that rock of a biscuit.

Worst restaurant I’ve ever been to placed my order at 2:00 been here since 2:15 was just a five piece tender combo staff is lazy sitting around talking on the phone the store is a mess trash everywhere on the floor food mess over the tables I would never recommend it no one and I do mean no one ever come here or order from here. I could just imagine how the inside of the kitchen look. Stores are complete mess management needs to be filed corporate need to come here and release all staff. You want my personal opinion I wouldn’t eat my life depended on it.
Came here at approximately 9:20 p.m. inside was closed and the drive-thru is closed what is the point of staying open until 10:00 if you're already closed
