I went to the drive through during operating hours and no one acknowledged me or took my order. After waiting five minutes, I drove up to the window and the same thing happened. I’ve been to this location in the past and the portion sizes decrease every time I go as well.

People who came in after me received food before me the wait time was ridiculous for a 2 piece and 3 piece tender order. Had to wait to be served as well not sure if they were short staffed or not. When I finally got my food the green beans had spilled and box was wet and turned. Horrible customer service.

First experience for lunch I was told I had to wait for a fresh chicken sandwich, then when I received my order it was cold and tasted microwaved. Decided to give them a 2nd chance came for breakfast on a Saturday was told the dining room opens at 7am , patiently waited until 7:10 at the door until I saw the manager ask a worker why am I standing at the door instead of telling they weren’t open they just ignored me waiting. Definitely won’t spend any more money here, I’ll just got right next door to Chikfila!

The chicken and biscuit were great I've been getting there pinto beans for a while I got 10 miles away open them up and it was paste pinto beans I was out done these are a few sters from refried no I'm sorry not refried pinto beans is not on the menu bojangles

I was Uber Eats and it took the approximately 45 minutes to hand me my customer order and it was a very small order. When the, customer contact the driver to see if everything ok, that’s bad!!!!!! Will never order from here again Nor expect A Uber order from here.

Everytime I order from this place my food is cold and they miss something! Ordered through DoorDash and they forgot my steak biscuit chicken biscuit was hard and cold it was disgusting they don’t put any care in peoples food especially when it’s a delivery they need to just close this restaurant lace down they are lazy!
